Adjacent to the owners' residence, this loft features a cathedral ceiling, exposed beams, and stonework.

Recharge your batteries with the saltwater pool (10 x 5) and the 2300 m2 garden with games for adults and children: pétanque, ping pong, trampoline, etc. Fully equipped accommodation: induction cooktop, oven, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, board games, etc. Parking space for this accommodation is available in the garden. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. We live next door and will be available if needed.

I open the doors of my apartment located in the heart of Anse. You will have access to the entire accommodation which consists of 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. You will find personal effects (photos, grandmother's dishes...) it's normal this accommodation is for me a way to supplement my retirement while sharing my experience as a superhost and my friendliness.

Lyon is 25 km away, and Villefranche-sur-Saône is 7 km away.

La Grange Coton

La Grange Coton is a former hay barn, renovated into comfortable accommodation, which combines the charm of an old listed building, warm decoration, in the heart of the historic center of the town of Anse. It has all the necessary equipment to accommodate a baby. Less than 10 minutes' walk to the train station and close to highways, come and relax in our pretty cocoon of softness and on its private sunny terrace.
