We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's hospitality is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

Great accommodation, easy to access and close to most activities! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/blanket! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

There's nothing missing from this villa. A very well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, space on the terrace and pool, and above all a view that's hard to forget. Access to the boat cove directly from the bottom of the property. The bungalow is also nice (below the house) The villa's eccentric location requires a 1.5/2 hour drive to Basse-Terre but we had chosen tranquility over location (and the entire east and northeast part of the island is very close) Perfect communication with Stephane.

We had a great time at Jennifer's place! Jennifer is an incredibly kind host and her advice is really valuable. The accommodation matches the photos, it is very spacious. The terrace is very nice and the room is very well equipped. The accommodation is also close by car to all amenities, as well as beautiful beaches. The setting is very relaxing. We recommend the accommodation 100%.

Very pleasant and well-maintained accommodation. The set is well equipped (kitchen👍, bathroom and bath towels in sufficient quantity, beach/pool games, etc.) The reception and return of the accommodation with Eric was great, good advice, adapted to all our hourly constraints even at the last minute. A few very nice little touches upon arrival: breakfast for the next morning, ti punch, etc. 👏 The accommodation is easygoing, it was a pleasure every day, both when we spent little time there between several hikes/outings and when we preached there for a few hours. The location is good to radiate on Grande Terre, quite close to the main cities, many activities are done from Saint François which is less than 10 minutes away. The car is still necessary at all times. We recommend it!!

The house is well equipped. The kitchen is also equipped with everything, so you can cook very well at home. It is only about 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. The air conditioning was wonderful in the heat. The beds are comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. We felt infinitely comfortable. The surfing beach is a minute's walk away. Approximately 15 minutes' walk and you are already at the next beach, which also offers shade through the trees. The beaches Grande Anse and La Perle, which appear in the series "Death in Paradise" and the town of Deshaies can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car. The ferries are also easy to reach, e.g. to the islands of La Desirade, Des Saintes and Marie Galante. We had a wonderful time all around and would be happy to come back.

Absolutely everything is together to feel perfectly at home. Communication was fluid and responsive, the welcome warm and quick, the accommodation clean and equipped in a very complete way, the pleasant private pools and beaches, the complex stone and vac as a whole at the top, the walk nearby to Bois jolan too beautiful, the breakfast with the magical birds, the Balaou meals as good on the plate as the view... in short, the dream life😍

Claude-Bernard is a very warm and friendly host. He knows how to put his guests at ease, welcome them, and accommodate them when certain requests are made (especially on arrival/departure times, which he was able to make flexible for us). The Pierre & Vacances atmosphere is really an asset that allows you to have a pleasant holiday environment (swimming pool, activities, dance party, etc.). I recommend 😄

Welcomed with a big and natural smile despite our 3 hours of flight delay. We immediately felt comfortable with it. Ingrid took the time to show us the environment close to the apartment and advised us on the surroundings for our stay. The apartment is quiet very well equipped and clean. Stunning house divided into 2 self-catering units. We were 3 couples and stayed in the apartment downstairs ideal for 6 people 3 bedrooms 3 private bathrooms + 1 gym. The kitchen open to the terrace by the pool we had all our meals on the very friendly high bar table. Premium performance in a green setting. Refined bed linen and shower product with a subtle smell provided. Very nice interior decor even though we were mainly outside. In short, we highly recommend it.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool views, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

The accommodation is very good, clean with functional equipment, swimming pool on site, restaurant for Pdj open except Mondayardi in June. In terms of activities, there is not much to do around but is very suitable for idleness 😊

We had a wonderful week at this place, everything was as described. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located for exploring the area. The pool was simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing at any time. The private beach, on the other hand, was a real plus, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the calm and sun. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to spend a lovely vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We had a nice stay at Jean's despite the visit of some cockroaches during our first night… Justine who welcomed us was nice and welcoming, she recommended some restaurants nearby. Communication with Jean was smooth and efficient. Private beach access is possible and it's lovely. The apartment is in a good location, 10 min drive to Ste Anne. It is also well-equipped, although the high table and chairs are not super comfortable, as well as the sofa.

Superb apartment, fully equipped with storage and everything you need for a pleasant stay. We'll keep the address for an upcoming trip!

Everything was perfect, (former hotel site). Small private beach, infinity pool overlooking the sea. Food truck on site in the evening except Tuesday. Everything is stated in the listing. I'll definitely go back next time. Marion was always there when needed.

accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well placed, idyllic setting, very well-equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her accommodation (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We'd also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.
