Family-friendly vacation rentals in Anse des Rochers

We were fortunate to stay in this villa with friends during our stay in Guadeloupe. For 10 people, the villa was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. The photos matched the listing exactly, I would even say that they cannot do justice to the view offered by this villa. The location is very good, not too far from the markets, easily accessible beach, with cars it is possible to walk everywhere on the island. The host was available all week and hosted us as friends by recommending several restaurants and activities. Thanks Lawrence for the memories of a lifetime! Next time !

Dominique and her husband are charming hosts who welcomed us with a superb chicken colombo and a brioche for breakfast without forgetting the bottle of rum!! the house and terrace are very nice and the kitchen functional. We would highly recommend!

Excellent location a 3-min walk to Petit Havre beach. Family-friendly accommodation, two terraces with a beautiful view, the children really liked the jacuzzi! Air conditioning welcome, peaceful place. Recommended!

Very beautiful and typified accommodation, with a magical tropical garden. Very friendly hostess, both discreet and present when needed. We had a great time, everything was there for our well-being.

We stayed 2 weeks as a family group of 10. The house is just awesome with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Guadeloupe is breathtaking, lots of things to do and gorgeous landscapes. The host is responsive, proactive and very helpful to figure out solutions to everything that could happen. We strongly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay with Charlotte and Karim. The location, nestled between St Anne and St François and right by the surf beach Helleux, is fantastic. The chalet is simple yet beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings and beautiful garden ensured a restful sleep. And Tiano is just adorable! We would love to come back.

Cottage located quietly in nature while still close to the road and beaches. The apartment is large, clean and very well-equipped. We didn't miss anything!Nadine and Mickaël are very welcoming, responsive and available hosts while remaining discreet. We recommend the cottage without so much as a second thought! We also recommend renting the car with the airport drop-off service which is really a plus.

Sarah’s place is great!! Great place to stay close to the restaurants and town but feels like you are away from it all as well. Everything you need is walking distance,Love it will definitely be back!

We and our dog had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is very well equipped for a longer period of time, we didn't lack anything. The outdoor area with the beautiful pool invites you to cool off and unwind. We especially found that we could observe iguanas in peace, which you rarely see otherwise. Sonia and her husband are very nice and communication goes smoothly. We highly recommend this place! Thank you again, we will be happy to come back!

This was our second visit in 2 years and we loved the place just as much as the first time. Wonderful location, nicely furnished, spacious and clean. To respond to previous reviews, the elevator was working during our stay and while the water outages did happen every other night (see the SMGEAG website), the water tank was enough for the 4 of us to not notice (we showered before 8pm just to be sure). We had a great time, thank you again!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Sandra and her husband were warm, communicative and accommodating. On the first day, they provided breakfast and fresh pineapple, which was sweet and delicious! Sandra also helped me book the ferry over to Les Saintes and was an exemplary host! Always very pleasant and smiling. Gave us our space but were always somehow nearby if we needed anything! 10/10!!! The airbnb is to the centre of the island, so it was a central point to go exploring. Would recommend getting a vehicle if staying there because the access road to the main road is a bit long to walk. The accommodation is just as pictured. The kitchen and toilet were just outside the room, but the bathroom was inside. This was not a problem for me, but pointing out if it matters to others. There were some mosquitos but Sandra provided a net over the bed and a mosquito zapper so inside the room was fine. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and would stay when in Guadeloupe next. Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We had a great time at Nathalie and Nicolas's house. Ideally located, the house is very pleasant to live in with its large covered terrace. Our hosts were adorable, very considerate and attentive to our well-being. Our communication was very fluid via messaging. Thank you for the little touches provided upon our arrival and a special thank you to Philippe who took care of us on site.

We had an exceptional stay! The accommodation was spotless, very clean, well appointed and as described in all respects.
