Vacation rentals with a patio in Annoville

We had a lovely 3-day stay at the apartment! The location is perfect: a few steps from the sea and a few minutes from the heart of the city, we were able to do everything on foot. Having all amenities, attractions and the beach so close is an incredible advantage. The apartment itself is a very nice surprise. It is extremely well arranged, and optimized. It's both very functional and tastefully decorated, you immediately feel good there. I highly recommend David's apartment for a successful stay. It's a property we'll keep safe and where we'll be happy to go back! A big thank you to David for hosting us and for his communication.

The view is magnificent and the distance to the city and the surrounding attractions is also very good. The key handover was fixed and smooth. The location is very quiet. The apartment was well cleaned. The amenities have their highlights, but there's something else to do. ;-) If a beach is important for swimming, you will find beautiful beaches nearby, but not necessarily right in front of the house, this is more suitable for walking. Some great sights also around Granville, such as Mont Saint Michel. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much:-)

Listing matches the photos with a top amenity. Superb view of the sea. Very quiet building. Hacqueville beach within walking distance as well as the swimming pool. Useful car for other trips.

Yannick and his wife are absolutely charming, warm, available and very responsive, our exchanges have always been very pleasant. Yannick was understanding of a few small concerns raised and was always infinitely kind. The apartment is a real favorite, pleasant, bright as desired, we would have loved to extend our stay and did not want to leave. As for Saint-Jean-de-Daye, I was amazed by the multiplicity of shops and artisans (quality, very important!), services, relay points and so on in a town of this size. I also highly recommend that you visit Cathy's hair salon if a cut becomes necessary, you will be very well hosted and will come out delighted. In a word, this stay was perfect!

Veronique place is really well thought and the ocean in nearby! It’s a beautiful area and we would love to come back! The games for the kids in the backyard were particularly appreciated!

Great stay with family. The accommodation is functional for 6 people, the proximity to the beach, there are shops nearby. I would recommend it in a second.

We loved the proximity to the beach (50 m) beautiful walks on the coastal path. It has everything you need in the house . Rooms and beds are top notch. Small downside: no room on the ground floor (we had an 85-year-old grandmother). The bathrooms are very good. Pool is a +, very popular with young adults and the not so young. David is super nice, very responsive and very professional. We recommend and will certainly come back if the opportunity arises

Absolutely recommended! We enjoyed the tranquility and nature. And what a topper Stéphanie is...! So sweet as an example, we have a 5 week old baby and Stéphanie was lawn mowing when we came home after a day away. Immediately I got an app if she had to stop because of the baby and the noise. For example, I can mention more examples, but I think it is clear that this accommodation is highly recommended and the host is a very sweet and nice woman. If we are in this corner in France again, we will definitely come back here. Stéphanie thank you very much for the relaxed 2 weeks vacation that we have experienced so much through you!
