Situé près d'une maison forte et d'une ferme typique du nord de l'Ardèche, ce gite vous séduira par son cadre calme doté d'une vue exceptionnelle. Il se compose d'une pièce à vivre voûtée, d'une chambre avec mezzanine reliée par un escalier extérieur. Le gîte est entouré d'un jardin et de deux terrasses où il est agréable de s'y tenir à la belle saison. Un chemin de randonnée jouxte la propriété et la petite route accédant au pigeonnier se termine en impasse.

Gîte le Mignonet - Annonay

je vous accueille dans un logement avec toutes commodités. Un petit coin cuisine avec micro-ondes, four, plaque gaz. Une pièce à vivre avec un canapé lit, couchage en 140, une chambre avec un lit en 140 également, et une salle d'eau avec douche. Je dispose d'un lit supplémentaire en 80 qui se trouve dans la chambre. Donc gîte possédant 5 couchages mais attention à l'espace qui est quand même réduit. Le maximum pour être bien reste le nombre de 3 personnes.

My accommodation is a village house located in a large shaded garden, 5 min walk to the city center (Bar, Tobacco, Bakery, Vival) and hiking trails (Saint-Jacques de Compostela, Pilat Regional Park). Summer seasonal rental to enjoy the joys of the surrounding nature. Capacity of 8 beds maximum. The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.

The farmhouse gîte

Hubert and Claudine welcome you to their gite, which is adjoining their home. "The Mas cottage", an old farmhouse dating from 1829 renovated by their care. It is located 2 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. It is located on a southeast slope offering views of the green nature, in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. The cottage has an area of 75 m2 consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
