Villa vacation rentals in Annemasse

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Nous avons passer deux nuits de tranquillité. Tout était parfait à notre arrivée. L’environnent et le logement étaient comme le descriptif, nous avons apprécié la fonctionnalité de la cuisine, l’espace dans l’appartement , la terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner avec le couché de soleil. Finalement, après avoir garé notre voiture sur le parking privé, nous avons profité de Thonon les Bains, tout à pieds, compter 30 minutes pour les thermes, le centre ville et le lac. Nous conserverons dans nos favoris ce joli appartement pour nos prochains séjours dans la région.

Wir haben 9 erholsame und interessante Tage in Daniels schönem Haus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung so, wie beschrieben. Nach vielen Wanderungen und Ausflügen in der wunderschönen Gegend haben wir manchmal bei einem aus Daniels Hausbar Pastis Zeit in „unserem“ Garten verbracht, wo gerade Jasmin und Lavendel blühten. Daniel hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit guten Tipps versorgt. Daniel war uns ein perfekter Gastgeber und immer erreichbar und ansprechbar. Wir können die schöne Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Splendid views; serene setting; spectacular home, decor and artwork; Superior host. Steps and stairs are a challenge as is the walk to Pully train station. Uber use saved us. Overall, a sensational and relaxing visit near Lausanne in beautiful Switzerland. We would love to come again, and also have Manuela visit us in the USA. She is a special host with a warm personality.

Un immense merci à Jean Claude et son épouse qui ont été très accueillants et arrangeants. L’emplacement du logement est incroyable, endroit beau et calme, nous avons pu déjeuner dans le jardin tous les jours, la maison est très fonctionnelle et tout y est pour occuper les grands et les petits ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce havre de paix !!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Marie-Laure. La maison est située au calme à proximité du lac. Elle est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter du jardin et de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

J'ai passé un excellent week-end chez Reymond malgré la circonstance qui m'a conduit à Annemasse. Raymond s'est montré bienveillant à mon égard, il a été très réactif chaque fois que j'ai eu besoinb de lui , les instructions étaient très claires comme de l'eau de source.

Le séjour dans la maison de Karine à Challex s’est très bien passé. Sa maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Une vue superbe sur la chaîne des Alpes y compris depuis la piscine. Karine est une personne facilement joignable et elle a su être compréhensive lors d’un petit dégât matériel (poignée du frigidaire abîmée) que nous nous sommes proposé de rembourser. Je recommande donc cette maison !

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

La maison est bien équipée, emplacement parfait avec le lac à quelques minutes à pied. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes depuis la piscine !

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Hervorragende Aussicht auf den Genfersee, Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite und offene Gastgeber. Benützung des ganzen Gartens inkl. Kinder-Häuschen hat uns extrem gefallen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ideal für Zwei Erwachsene und 1-2 Kindern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Ce logement était parfait. Nous étions là pour 3 nuits et 3 jours. Tout correspondait à l’annonce. De plus Maria est une super hôte, attentive à nos besoins et très réactive. Je recommande vivement ce logement et ces hôtes, ils font tout pour permettre à leurs voyageurs d’arriver dans les meilleurs conditions.

Grande villa avec une vue imprenable sur Passy-chedde, les montagnes environnantes et en bonus un bel aperçu sur la chaine du Mont-blanc. Tout etait nickel à notre arrivée, des jeux à disposition (jeux de société, table de ping pong...) ainsi que quelques bouées et matelas gonflables pour la grande piscine bleue d'eau salée. Proche de pleine joux (lieu de départ de randonnees, parapente) de Saint Gervais les bains, de Chamonix... Meme si nous n'avons jamais trouvé de barbecue 😁, nous remercions les propriétaires, chez qui nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille.

Wonderful house, perfect for our family unit with a separate living space for the grandparents, meant we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need. Loved it

Es war alles super. Wir waren dienstlich in Genf und in so einer tollen Unterkunft hat man dann auch einen angenehmen Feierabend. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen… Danke

Maison absolument magnifique, correspond tout à fait aux photos et la description. Elle est parfaitement équipée et adaptée à une grende famille avec enfants en bas âge avec pleins de jeux et de livres a disposition. Très bien située, proche de tout et dans une région où il y a plein de choses à découvrir. Merci Anne-Laure et Yvan, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
