Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Annecy-le-Vieux

We had a very pleasant few days in Laurent's house, despite the bad weather. The house is quiet in a pretty village, the view from the balcony and garden are superb, and we really enjoyed all the amenities for us and our baby. Laurent was very friendly with us and gave us good advice. We'll be back!

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and fresh comforts awaited us (thanks also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything you need is there. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lake Bourget. We recommend this property.

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

Very nice stay. Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Special mention for Mathias who is very friendly and responsive. Great place to stay for work or private travel. Loved sleeping in the little cottage near the creek!

We spent a 2-day stay in this lovely home with perfect calm to recharge . It's a real little paradise to be able to relax, visit and walk. Nadine is very friendly and gives very good addresses. Stay too short unfortunately but we will come back without hesitation .

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and Perrine was very helpful. Stunning views especially at sunset. 10 minute walk to lake and about 25 minute walk to the centre. It was on top of a steep hill which we walked up every day so it kept us very fit but worth the view from the balcony. Lovely quiet spot and still close enough to bars and restaurants.

Quiet, clean and functional apartment, very pleasant host and provided with valuable local services. Bakery and restaurant just around the corner. Amazing!

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Very bright studio, clean, very comfortable sofa bed, beautiful location, ideal for getting to the lake and the Christmas market, the car is secure in the building's parking lot, Marilyn is a very pleasant and accommodating host. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Maude was very nice and responsive and her apartment is as described in the listing. It is in a great location and equipped. It has all the comforts you could want; it is bright and the view of the mountains is superb. Maude leaves documentation available and gives suggestions for restaurants that are appreciable. We had a very nice stay at La Clusaz, the view was very beautiful from our terrace. The place is as described, great. There are so many things to do in the area. The owners are responsive and friendly. For check-in everything was well detailed. I would recommend this Airbnb
