Charming Burgundy house

Great family vacation home, like in my childhood. The house is spacious, well-equipped, a beautiful stone staircase. Very nice terrace courtyards with table and chairs. Passage of the cows morning and evening, great show. Beautiful walks starting from the house with a superb view of the village. The accommodation is 6 minutes from Avallon. For a drink on the terrace, a stroll in the city and the discovery of very pretty shops, including an incredible bookstore. 6 minutes also to the Super U for shopping. We had a pleasant stay, I would recommend it.

We were charmed by the beauty of the place. An inspiring and nicely arranged home, a terrace with a beautiful view. It's quiet and really refreshing . A little plus the backprojector 👌🏽📽️ Sam is a very good host, welcoming and full of good sightseeing tips. We will be back for sure!

I chose this Airbnb for a week away to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Marloes and Olav were incredibly welcoming hosts, from the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The Airbnb itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. The area is stunning, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to nearby towns with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to explore. The facilities were great, everything was exactly as described, and more. Marloes was always just a message away and super helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even more relaxing. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in a beautiful location. I’ll definitely be back!

We were allowed to stay in the great house of François and his family for two weeks. The first few days François and his family were also present, but this didn't bother us at all! The contact was very good and we had a very nice time. The garden is very private and beautiful greenery. Our two toddlers walked around and there was plenty of shade but also sunny places. Everything was also available for the baby.

Beautiful charming cottage with exceptional views of the surrounding countryside and the Vézelay basilica. The cottage is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped and we have everything we need to cook for 7 people. The bedding is super comfortable and the cleanliness is impeccable. Great communication with Sophie: very nice, always available and responsive to our every request. We were also able to taste the wines of the estate, which are excellent! We recommend ++!
