5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. We've never been in such a great place to stay. Everything has been really thought of. The amenities were more than satisfactory. There was also something for children to paint, as well as dog bowls for our hairy friends. Everything was super clean and we already noticed a totally pleasant smell in the entrance area, which spread over the whole villa. The breakfast boxes are great and were very easy to book via cell phone. The common area was also very handy. In general, everything was super relaxed to clarify with the phone. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

This address is very close to Bischofsweg, which allowed me to easily take the tram down to the old city. The S1 train is also very close yet not noisy at all. In general, the Dresden-Neustadt is much nicer than I expected with a lot of good restaurants around like Kross Pizza. As far as Kai and Conni are concerned, I could not have asked for a better host and point of contact. I was in Dresden for work while looking for a more permanent residence and I can honestly say that they provided me with indispensible assistance. They are also just very kind people.

Everything was great: clear and friendly communication, the place is as spacious as seen in the photos, the location near the train station was ideal for us and it is also not far to the center. The European Capital of Culture 2025 impressed me very much, even if not all events have started yet: generous and serene, exciting juxtaposition between the different architectural styles, museums worth seeing.

Constance is a very nice host. The apartment is super nice and big The location is just outside of Dresden. But by bus and train you can also get to the city without a car. The view of the illuminated Dresden in the evening is amazing. We will be happy to come back. ☺️
