I would highly recommend Kevin's place! Everything has been upgraded, but some of the charm is still evident with the brick, high ceilings, and ambience. Totally comfortable, and so much better than a hotel for many reasons. He has truly thought of every creature comfort imaginable. Darling shops, great places to eat, and just a darling little town all at your fingertips. Do yourself a favor, rent it and stay a while, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

This was a great place to stay with our doggos for three nights! Check in was easy and all amenities listed were easily accessible. They even had some extras that we don't see in most Airbnb 's!

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was great. The stairs are super steep, that’s my only concern because of my bad knee, but I’d still stay there again. The unit was very clean, organized and all the furniture was very comfortable. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The host was helpful and quickly responded. My flight was delayed almost 6 hours and he made sure the front light was on for me. 😊

Very nice. Place Was in pristine condition and felt like a new place. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the birds. Saw deer go by as well. So peaceful!!! Everything is in this small comfy space. It is connected to a house but we didn’t see or hear any noise from others. Thankful to have the washer dryer.

Great stay! I stayed for a few months and only had a few difficulties that were resolved. Hosts always answered in timely manner. Comfortable for 1 person, has all the space you could need. Bathroom is renovated very nicely!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, offering tea and coffee that truly made me feel at home. We enjoyed a lovely conversation during a walk, where she shared her passion for plants and flowers, which is her specialty. Her warmth and hospitality really enhanced my experience. Additionally, the place is vibrant and impeccably clean. The bathroom is spotless, featuring a beautiful tub and lovely furniture, along with fresh bedsheets and pillows. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed, providing extra sleeping space. I highly recommend staying here! Dr. K

Everything about Tricia's place makes it a great place to stay, and it is our first choice for our regular trips to Dundee. The hosts are available and helpful if needed for communication. The apartment is so clean, and it has a very comfortable bed and living space. The area is nice for walks, too. Amazing!

This apartment is exactly as described. Newly renovated and clean. Easily accessible to Detroit and Ann Arbor. We ate twice in Depot Town (a Ypsilanti neighborhood) at The Sidetrack Bar and Grill and Thomas & Co. Would highly recommend both restaurants. Robert is an excellent host.

This little house is an absolute gem! It is located in a leafy, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things Ann Arbor has to offer. Inside, it was spotless and very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. We honestly wanted to stay longer because we instantly fell in love with this home! The beds are comfortable, clean, fresh linens. Great back yard to enjoy for birdsong and local wildlife (deer, raccoon). It is also close to great nature trails and parks. I highly recommend Yolanda's place to stay when visiting Ann Arbor.

There were just two of us, but the house is very convenient to a much larger family. It must be absolutely perfect if you came for a stadium event; to get to the heart of the town you'll need some (very pleasant) driving. The private parking space behind the house is good for at least three cars. No complaints whatsoever, highly recommended.

Benjamin's home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to the university's campus. The beds are super comfortable - we slept great! If you enjoy craft beer, there are several local breweries close by, as well as several nice restaurants. A great choice if you are visiting Ann Arbor.

Excellent stay in Michigan ! Close to Ann Arbor attractions while still lots of comforts and places to relax in the house and the fenced in back yard! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Vik's place for our daughter's graduation weekend. There was space for our whole family and it was comfortable for sleeping and hanging out. Very convenient to get to town and campus.

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We had a large group to accommodate for a family wedding. The house and grounds were perfect; we all slept comfortably with plenty of room and the most restful beds. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful property, visiting the chickens, and resting at the many spots around the house and along the paths. We were provided a fresh sourdough focaccia, bacon, and a basket of free-range eggs upon our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, pancake mix, and other “essentials” that just made everything so pleasant and convenient. The rules were simple and clear. The home has magnificent vintage charm with more modern upgrades including a soaking tub in one of the three! bathrooms. The sitting rooms were relaxing with plenty of spaces for everyone. Our boys (17, 15, and 10) enjoyed the outdoor games and the big screen TV. There were so many special surprises that we may just have to return to Ann Arbor for another perfect stay🩷!

Hosts were flexible and courteous. Prompt responsiveness and excellent communication. place was fully stocked with kitchen items and enough towels and linens. also appreciated the baby gates in the home!!! 5 star on the cleanliness (which I was nervous about because it is a pet friendly home). Would certainly recommend and happily stay here again when visiting family :)

Great Ann Arbor location and beautiful, peaceful setting! This is a lovely place and we had a great time. Super walkable to central campus, big house, and to all the restaurants / shopping in the downtown area. Having a parking space / garage is convenient but you definitely do NOT need a car here. Great kitchen, comfy bed, all is exactly as pictured and very very clean! Would love to stay here again ❤️

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Alejandro’s place is great. It was very close to downtown, a quick Uber ride. Very clean and organized. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of kitchen items to use. It’s a walkable area but most places are around a mile away if you’re walking. I’d definitely stay again.

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

The space was just what we needed while traveling with our son visiting family nearby in Detroit. The home has a nice balcony that overlooked the backyard and was very peaceful at night. The location was close to main roads and downtown so it was easy to get groceries and food when needed.

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!
