In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. At the edge of this quiet chalet park is this nice cottage with lots of privacy. Put on your hiking shoes as you walk directly into the woods and heaths from the park. Or grab one of the two bikes that are waiting for you. Under the starry sky, you can light your own fire and have breakfast on the veranda in the morning.

Perfect for peace seekers and nature lovers. But the cities of Groningen and Assen are also a 15-minute drive away. The cottage is warm, cozy and equipped with every comfort, with a nice garden full of greenery. A nice base for walks, bike rides and discovering the most beautiful places in the area.

Met zijn charmante houten buitenkant en sfeervol interieur biedt het huisje een oase van rust. Gasten kunnen genieten van wandelingen door weelderige bossen en ontspannen op de veranda met uitzicht over de weilanden.

Relax in an oasis of greenery from spring to early autumn, a beautiful warm autumn feeling when the trees change color or seek coziness in the winter months. In the beautiful surroundings, there are many places to visit. Giethoorn, fortified town Steenwijk and the Havelterheide. Furthermore, there are three national parks nearby, NP Weerribben Wieden, the Drents Friese Wold and the Dwingelderveld.
