Lovely house! Beautiful design, clean and cozy. Two floors. And a separate entrance to the second floor. It was very convenient for us because two families were vacationing. There is a great restaurant and a very cool beauty salon near the house. We had a lot of fun! Definitely recommend to everyone! Özerk is a very responsive and responsible host. I have stayed 2 nights in Murat place it was 4 rooms home. The place is super clean when I say clean I mean 5 star clean. All essential were available towels, soup.. Ect The furniture was cool. Murat and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend Murat place if you visiting Abant.

The apartment is very spacious, spacious and very well located. In addition, although there is a terrace, I have never had any heating or hot water problems. Ms. Türkan is very clear and communicative. There's nothing wrong with hygiene and order. The apartment itself is also very nice. The terrace will be very pleasant in good weather. If I travel to the area again, it will definitely be one of my first choices in the accommodation.

Alper was a lovely host. I did not feel like I am staying at an Airbnb, it rather felt like I am staying at a friends house. He is super inviting and makes you feel very welcome. The room is super clean and has some extra ementies that I appreciated a lot! Whenever I needed something, may it be a recommendation, a hand with my luggage or a taxi - he was always ready to help. For me this was a really awesome experience. The room and the host were a 10/10 for me! I can recommend. P.S. if you like cats, you will love it here - Nina is adorable!
