We are completely in love with our house on Ilha Grande. Everything about it is perfect, its location on the beachfront (2 meters from the water) makes us feel like we are on the beach even without leaving the house. With the speedboat, kayak and boats we venture into the calm sea that reminds us of a lagoon. Whenever we are in it, fun is guaranteed in sports such as swimming, beach soccer, fishing, diving, etc. The house is quite well-equipped, with everything we need in our private club!!!! Located in a safe and quiet condominium in the city of Angra dos Reis, the house is spacious and located in front of Praia do Café (a short walk will take you there). The view is breathtaking and the sea will be your living picture. You can easily access: Ilha da Gipóia, Ilha Grande and others. Small details will remind you of a sailboat and the constant feeling of being rocked by the sea. 3 bedrooms with a variety of bed configurations and everything you need. Here simplicity is our greatest luxury! =)

For those of you who have always wanted a paradise to have relaxing and unforgettable moments with your family, I present our luxury house, inside a gated community, with a panoramic ocean view, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, barbecue and much more. It is the perfect getaway for those seeking comfort, exclusivity and fun. And for convenience, we offer rental of our model speedboat Real 36.5 (year 2024) together with the house, in case of interest! This point is very difficult to find in the present day!

Stairless house, great for families with children and the elderly. A very spacious room, surrounded by windows and glass doors, resulting in a well-lit, airy environment with a beautiful ocean view, the house includes an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The back rooms overlook Biscaia Beach, as does the barbecue area. There are 3 en-suites and 2 shared bathrooms. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all rooms. On the balcony, next to the house, there is a view of the sea in front and behind.

A casa tem sala ampla, cozinha americana e 1 banheiro completo no nível inferior, e 2 suítes com vista deslumbrante para o mar no nível superior. Um delicioso gramado com churrasqueira e fogão a lenha. Possui poita para embarcações e pier (compartilhados com a casa ao lado e usados apenas quando necessário). A casa está equipada com utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e banho.

Beautiful house, fully equipped and close to the sea. We stayed in a gated condo with 24-hour security. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The house is on the second floor, you have to climb two flights of stairs, but it's super quiet. We offer bed linen, bath towels and blankets. Our little corner is very special and we hope to always welcome you with affection and a warm welcome. We always give tips and suggestions about the city, so you can have an even more special stay.
