We built this root home for our family. It was designed by an architect with extensive experience and built with charm, quality and the simplicity of those who like to be in nature. We decided to rent it on vacation, and we look forward to meeting guests who can enjoy and take care of it. It is in the Serreta, a magical place, next to a magnificent forest, where there are many trails, a stunning park, many little cows, an unparalleled landscape and a sunset that varies by tone each day.

Old Windmill, with a stunning view

Old windmill built in the 19th century and vacant since 1934,o Moinho do Tareco is the last example of this type of construction in the Azores Archipelago. Located 5 minutes from the natural pools of Biscoitos, this tiny house it was recently restored and adapted to host 2 people, featuring on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed and, on the lower floor, a small kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. Feel all the warmth of this unique space and enjoy the stunning landscapes.

O apartamento 03, dos Oratórios, está incluído num complexo de 6 apartamentos, o AngrA+. É um T1 duplex com 51m2, com sala e um quarto, dominado por 2 oratórios do séc. XVI. Situa-se no piso 1 e tem uma janela com uma vista impressionante. Tem uma varanda exclusiva (17m2) com vista sobre o jardim cidade e mar. Ocupação 1-3 pessoas (cama de casal e sofá-cama). We are on a private property located in the historic center of the world heritage city of Angra do Heroísmo, next to the public garden and a 2-minute walk to the central square. About 300 meters away is the Prainha bathing area and the recent Fanal bathing area, as well as the Marina. The AL has 2 bedrooms (equipped with a double bed), a living room, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine) and 1 bathroom with shower.

Casa do Miradouro - 2º

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
