Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

It is a very nice, clean, spacious, and relatively new studio, in an area with a lot of services (grocery, restaurants, bars, malls, laundry service, convenience stores, etc.). It also is very quiet, without the traffic noise in many Manila condominium buildings, and also safe. Its gym is quite good and there also is a swimming pool, both of which were not widely used in my time there. The unit's WiFi is quite good, as is the AC, hot water and water pressure. There is a modern washing machine in the unit, but I've suggested adding a clothes-drying rack for people who don't want to use the very inexpensive, quick and nearby laundry service, which is kind of hard to find and not listed on Google Maps. The small kitchen has most of the basics for limited cooking of simple snacks and meals, and I've suggested adding a simple toaster. I certainly would stay here again on future trips.

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

Place is very clean, spacious and Feels like home. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Ang sarap sa mata tignan ng view. Very accessible sa mall which is sa baba lang if ever na gusto nyo maghang out or kumaen sa mall. Ang dameng pwedeng gawin at puntahan. I had the chance to walk/jog around Mckinley which is refreshing. We will definitely go back here if ever given a chance. Ms Irene is very responsive sa mga inquiries and very smooth naman ang checkin and stay namen. Thank you again Ms. Irene ☺️

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

The place was spot on for your solo/intimate staycation. Cozy and it felt like home. The massage chair was a great highlight.

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location. We really loved the place. It was quiet and cozy, just what we needed. We got to relax and enjoy the room while it rained outside. The weather made it even better, and it felt nice to slow down for a bit.
