Cottage vacation rentals in Angola on the Lake

Our family really enjoyed Elena’s place. It was cozy, clean and exactly as described. The deck was wonderful and close access to the lake and beach were great features. Elena offered for us to leave later on our last day and this allowed us to really maximize our last day of vacation. Wonderful experience!

We had a great time here! We used this Airbnb as a made for exploring Niagara falls and Niagara by the lake. We really liked having the golf cart to be able to drive around the area and overall we just had a really good stay here. As someone else mentioned, the hot water ran out pretty quickly as we have six people taking a shower every night. After we ran out of hot water the first night we simply decided to take shorter showers and then we didn't have a problem afterwards. The house is well stocked and has a very nice Weber bbq which I was very thankful for.

I was so fortunate to be able to take a trip to Jacob and Anthony’s cute little home! The sunsets were beautiful. The hot tub was amazing, and the entire house was so incredibly adorable! I was greeted with a thank you card and snacks! The TV was on playing calm music and the house smelled amazing! Everything was incredibly clean and the beds were SO comfortable! Jacob and Anthony both gave amazing suggestions of things to do in the area! I highly recommend them as your Airbnb hosts, and you won’t regret it!

Alissa and Jeff were great hosts and their home was a reflection of that. It matched the description, photos, and location shown on the listing. Alissa was very responsive and went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise for my wife. Cannot overstate enough how helpful and responsive she was. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen and amenities worked perfectly for all the use we gave them. Hot tub worked and was clean. Loved the short walk to the water and the view of the lake from the living room! Any negative comments were really just nitpicks at this point and not worth bringing up. 5/5, would definitely stay here again!

Not our first time booking with Lauren. We have stayed in a few locations within Sherkston Shores. This unit is absolutely top notch! High end amenities. Beautiful place! Highly recommend and Lauren is a great host!

Paul is a great host. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Walked us through house instructions clearly. The cottage is great, ambience is magnificent and everything is just a 5 to 10 mins walk away or even better, charge & take the golf cart! It’s a nice ride to the beach or to the soccer field where most of the evening events occur. Definitely coming back to this place.

Tyler and Stacey were amazing! They were responsive and proactive with keeping in touch with me before my stay. The home was perfect! 4 adults and 3 kids. The home came with many added items such as spices, coffee and bath towels. The deck was a great added feature and we spent a lot of time there. Having access to the golf cart made all the difference in the world! I would highly recommend this stay for you and your family! We will definitely be back.

Grew up in the area and came back to visit family. Stayed here for a quiet weekend break and this place was clean, comfortable and had all the amentities. It was quiet and easy to unwind. I highly reccomend this gem.

Megan was very easy to communicate and the place itself was amazing. It was quite peaceful and easy to find. As we entered the house it was spotless and clean. It was quite and as the sun set each evening you would have amazing views. We were also able to enjoy the morning sunrise views. The house and the amenities itself were as described and it was tastefully decorated. The sun room was an amazing place to lounge. There were plenty of linens and essentials and the kitchen was stocked with every possible amenity needed. There was plenty of drinking water and coffee for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable and the blackout shades helped as well. Megan was proactive and sent out the instructions in advance which definitely helped. Would surely go back to her place sometime again probably once in the peak of summer and once in the peak of the winter months enjoy the views. Thank you Megan.

We were stunned at how well equipped the kitchen was. It was a pleasure to cook. There's a lovely bathtub and a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The dogs had a blast romping around the property and the nearby beach. The beds are comfortable and it has 2 nice TVs. Thank you!!!

Very clean and comfortable home. Holly provided everything needed. We have stayed in many places…this one had the best stocked kitchen!

It was great staying at Thess’s place, she was responsive and friendly. It was very easy to get inside and we felt being home as a family. Patio was great and also sun room to hang out.

Very cute and cozy cottage right near the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful and the cottage was very clean, which we really appreciated. The location was great with the beach just a short walk up and across the road. We loved walking up and down the beach and went a few times a day — our golden retriever was in heaven. It was relaxing and peaceful and a lovely place to get away from the noise of the city for a few days.

Very nice airbnb! We even had access to coffee, hot chocolate, water bottles, board games and even Netflix! I would recommend this place to everyone!

What a wonderful cozy cottage just a few steps from long beach. We stayed for a few days in October and it was a perfect time of the year for a peaceful getaway. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed the sunroom and our dogs found it to be a good spot to nap. Sarah was a an excellent host and we will be sure to come back for a longer stay next time.

Had a great time with the family here. With 2 adults, 4 kids and a dog we were worried it would be too tight, but we were actually able to convert the front sitting room into a sleeping area with a blowup mattress and the thick curtains that separated it from the main area made for a perfect room for 2 of the kids. Thanks Adriana for being a great host!

Jasmine has a wonderful property in a beautiful park! Off season was so peaceful, but lots to do and see on weekends. The space is exactly as described, and is a great family friendly option for a getaway. Communication was always very prompt and friendly. We loved being able to take the golf cart around the park and having everything you need located inside the park is a huge plus. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

New cottage in new section of Sherkston. Very private area with no rear neighbors. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The golf cart was in great condition and fast. Would be happy to stay again in the future.

This is a wonderful place to stay with your family. It has a beautiful large lot and a bunkie in the back. We would definitely return.

My family of four had a lovely time at Ann’s cottage. It’s a cozy little place conveniently located close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There’s a nice yard to relax in with a gazebo and fire table. Inside is comfortable even on hot days - the air conditioning and fans work well. We would love to visit again sometime!

Morgan and Nick’s place was beautiful and clean! It had all the amenities you’d need to feel comfortable and right at home. We were caught in a pretty bad snowstorm during our stay. The hosts were so gracious and let us check out late, whenever it was convenient for us!

A very special place and people. This is one of a number cottages on 14 acres with private beachfront, community field/tennis court and countless water or land activities. Dense tree foliage surrounding the cottages lets you decide whether you would like some time to relax or socialize with the rest of the families. Deonna and Scott pride themselves in creating a fun and safe environment for kids, adults and dogs alike in this community. Both grew up in the area and live on-site with their 2 kids, always ready to provide recommendations for restaurants, shopping, farmer markets or day trips should you need a change from the on-site options. Cottage 4 has been remodeled and equipped with modern features like Central Heat/AC & Dishwasher and equipped with all we needed for our stay. It features a glass enclosed porch and a large open deck offering great views of the beach and lake while providing privacy with the large trees. From the master bed you can take in the beach through large glass doors or gaze at stars through the skylights. The Main bathroom boasts a cast iron bathtub to unwind after long day (not suitable for everyday showering). It offers bright living area and plenty of room for the kids and parents to spread out. The kids enjoyed the freedom to roam, make new friends, play at the beach or fields. Our dogs loved it probably more than anyone else! We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay twice, experiencing different cottages. Thank you Deonna & Scott for allowing us to join the Sugarloaf family and enjoy this new experience for us.

Derrick's place is very homey. The views are incredible! Can't beat being on the water!! He was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home was well stocked, beds were very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed at Derrick's place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, again! Thanks Derrick!!
