We had a lovely stay at Jeston’s place. Ideally located to enjoy the beautiful soundings and be close to amenities. Our little boy loved seeing the sheep and horse from the living room window. It was a shame the steam train was not running during our visit as the track is right at the end of their garden. The main bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts welcomed us , they were both friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the property was stunning with vast views across the fields. The property itself was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We found the hot tub to be very clean and well maintained . The cottage was easy to find thanks to the instructions given before hand. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.

Such a beauriful, quirky accommodation - i loved it so much! Hosts were reaponsive and respected your privacy. Definitely a place worth visiting more than once :)

Maxine’s place was beautiful and characterful. So clean and everything you would need for your stay. We were provided with very detailed instructions covering all aspects of our stay and Maxine was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The place is located in such a beautiful quiet area which suited us with 2 young children. We used the barn as a base and spent the days in Abersoch and Phwelli returning in the evening to view the magnificent stars and beautiful wildlife.

We spent 4 nights in The Stable, and found it quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views across the fields to the sea were amazing. Our dog, Holly was captivated by the sheep, rabbits and birds that she could see out of the picture window! The cottage was conveniently located for exploring the coast and mountains. We would recommend, and will return when we are next in the area.

Stunningly beautiful location with a gorgeous garden and outdoor furniture. Charming, cosy, well-equipped accommodation. Friendly, helpful owner - nothing too much trouble. Will definitely recommend, or keep to ourselves for next time!

Fantastic cottage, in lovely surroundings, hosted by a friendly family. Can thoroughly recommend. Deceptively spacious cottage, which was very clean & tidy. Charlotte & Nick took the time to provide us with plenty of local recommendations for nearby walks, activities & eating, based on the age of our children. We had a great time, and would love to return again.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here! We got so lucky with the weather for the middle of March and enjoyed using the hot tub and sitting outside on the swing chair! The lodge was clean and had everything you needed and the bed was sooo comfy!We went to the pub near a few times and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Katy was very helpful and responsive at all times. We would defo recommend to anyone who would like a peaceful getaway ☺️

Perfect place for Snowdon Climbers! Great little cottage with fantastic views and close amenities, would be great for any walking holidays.

We had a lovely 5-night stay at the cottage – exactly the peaceful retreat we hoped for. Mornings began with birdsong and distant lambs, like a countryside dream. The April weather was surprisingly glorious, and after days out exploring, the cold nights made cozy fireside movie evenings just perfect. We felt so welcomed on arrival – a tray with our names, fresh shortbread, teas, coffee, and milk in the fridge was such a thoughtful touch. The cottage was clean and well-equipped with essentials. Beds were comfy, with fresh, clean white bedding and towels. The drawer of leaflets and well-organised folders with tips and instructions were super helpful. The location was ideal for exploring North Wales – peaceful, charming, and just 10 mins from Betws-y-Coed. A perfect base for our trip, clearly hosted with genuine care. We'd return in a heartbeat!

A beautiful stay in the remote Welsh countryside – just what we needed. David and Heather were fantastic hosts and even baked us a gorgeous dairy-free lemon cake and biscuits (thank you so so much!). Everything was pristine and exactly as shown on the website. A short drive from stunning walks, railways and the sea. 10/10 would recommend.

Myself, my partner and our 8 month old daughter had such a lovely week stay at Gorse Barn, it was every bit comfortable and cosy, had everything we needed. the surrounding location was very peaceful, the welcome basket was such a lovely touch, we loved musing through the books and DVDs and even watched one, there's a beautiful view point just over the fields for sunsets and sunrises...we absolutely recommend staying here, we had the opportunity to look at the other two properties and found all of them equally as stunning, we definitely plan on visiting again in the future. We had a lovely stay using it as a base for various activities in North Wales. It's such a peaceful spot, and Fiona and Richard were so helpful with check in and other info. Loved all the animals too.

Amazing cottage!!!! Great location if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway but also plenty to do around the area. I definitely recommend visiting abersoch. Beautiful beaches and amazing walks. The hot tub was perfect and just what we needed definitely my favourite thing!! Definitely will be coming back☺️amazing hosts too very friendly.

we had a lovely stay for three nights and 4 days thanks topp from Bethan and the lovely surroundings. we would definitely recommend this for a group or family holiday location.... so close to beautiful Snowdonia and within an easy Drive of the coast.

We had a lovely stay at Sunnycot! The loft was the perfect base for our 6 night stay in North Wales. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials (ie. dishes, cookware, tea/coffee, sugar, etc.), allowing us to avoid eating out for every meal. We made use of the laundry in the unit, and there was even a shoe dryer if we happened to need it. The location was convenient - a short walk to a Co-op and a few restaurants, and walkable distance to Conwy Castle. James and Karen were friendly hosts and even hoisted a Canadian flag for our stay!

Very friendly hosts. Super helpful recommendations and guidance on the local area. We had an action packed short stay (2 families of 4) with local riding to suit all abilities, Zip world not far away (which the children loved) and a gorgeous beach. The table football was a firm favourite for the evenings, and the bike track on site was also a bit hit. Secure bike store was very useful and the drying room came in handy after our rainy bike ride. We would all recommend to others.

Stayed with friends for my Partner’s birthday, and climbed up Snowdon for sunrise. Jen’s property was beautiful and everything was as described. Perfectly located for those wishing to climb Snowdon. Thank you for having us!

Had a fantastic stay. Toby was a great host and very welcoming. The grounds are lovely and the sauna was amazing. We really enjoyed the home theatre and projector in the evenings. Great facilities and incredible views. The private boat lake was amazing as well. Couldn't have chosen a better place for us. It was perfect.

Ty Cerrig Cottage offers comfortable luxury- the hosts offering the definition of hospitality. The cottage is spacious and very comfortable and warm. We had to contact Alison and Dan once and the issue we raised was immediately rectified. There is something for everyone here- peaceful and private whilst there were local walks and a farm shop up the road offering lovely produce. Sitting in the hot tub meant lovely views during the day time and star watching in the evening. My daughter and I discussed a spa weekend of face masks and hot tub sitting when we book again in the New Year! I would recommend Ty Cerrig for those really wanting to get away from it all whilst still wanting all of the luxury facilities that make you feel special.

The properties very very nice indeed. They were as pictured and as described and wonderful to stay in. there was plenty of space and room for everyone. The outside of the property is really well kept and the kitchen came well stocked with all you might need utensil and cutlery wise. The bed in the master bedroom was a little creaky on the bed frame but the sleep was comfortable and easy. The same can be said for the cottage in terms of a really good and peaceful sleep. The properties are so well insulated and have such thick walls that non of the adverse weather we had during our stay could be heard. It was a really nice place to stay overall, off away from the main center but within easy driving reach. Wonderful spot and properties are a pleasure to stay in.

We absolutely loved Sian’s apartment! It was perfect for our whole family. The place was exactly as described in the photos—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It’s also very child-friendly, with lots of thoughtful touches like children’s books, toys, and even a playroom that our kids really enjoyed. The location was fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We truly had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again for our next family holiday!

Absolutely lovely weekend in Stablau’r Esgob. It was spotless, everything you needed was provided and was well thought out (shelves and sockets by the bed, a little set of stacking coffee tables in the living room, coasters, kitchen cookware etc). Lovely renovation, the kitchen is stunning and the log burner adds the finishing touch. The little welcome hamper with details about the Stable, some Welshcakes (and chocolate of course) and local information was a great touch. The hosts were very informative and responded quickly. Will definitely be back.
