The house is located in beautiful, quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum River. From the house, there is a view of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where there may sometimes be someone. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from beautiful sandy beach. The house has, in addition to a large double bed for 2 people, a 140 cm box mattress on the loft. There is free access to kayaks, SUP, fire pit, bicycles and fishing rods. New WILDERNESS BATH and ICE BATH are available for a fee.

Small induction plate, oven, microwave, coffee maker ,fridge/freezer, Charcoal grill . Bathroom/shower. 2 Bed armchairs 80 width+bunk bed above 90(light child) downstairs 120(adult). The guest does dishes and puts back porcelain, throws sorted garbage, and is responsible for leaving the cottage in the condition it was received. You can buy cleaning for SEK 550. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

The house is close to Söderåsen National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with kids, solo adventures, couples, or you who are on a longer trip, and needs a simple overnight stay on the way.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad. The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace. Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
