Cristina is the sweetest host! She met us in person even though we arrived late at night. Her home is so welcoming and is beautifully furnished with a comfortable living room, expansive kitchen and comfortable beds. In front of the house is a lovely water view to watch the sunrise, and the private beach behind the house is perfect for watching the sunset. We loved this house so much that we kept adding more days and used it as a home base to visit: Porto, the Duoro Valley, Nazare, Aveiro, Coimbra & Tomar. This is one of our favorite Airbnbs ever!

This is a one of a kind place that will make you remember Portugal forever. Hélder and his mother and Sebastian and his amazing cook of a wife Manuela are so great!!! Make sure to try the local bakery for their AMAZING bread!!!!

The photos are accurate and our host was very nice. Instructions are top notch. The sea view is a big plus and it's very nice to walk around. We were quiet and the house is lovely. We had a lovely stay despite the heavy rains at times. The house is in a very good location in relation to shops. We are close to the center of Porto and the historic center of Vila Nova de Gaia. Beautiful places to discover.

beautiful apartment , spacious, bright, very nice decoration, 2 bedrooms each with an ideal room since we were 2 couples, the terrace is a real plus, I highly recommend you will not be disappointed. This apartment, or rather a tiny house, was so tastefully decorated and it had everything needed for a week stay. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful dishwear, super appliances! Modern and comfortable. Internet was reliable for two people remote working. The host was available and super friendly. Just one note: the shower door opening is only 31cm wide. This is not very accessible. A wider opening door or shower curtain would be better. Other than that, everything was just perfect. The apartment has beautiful details that give unique character to it, so delightful! A/C units with heating both downstairs and upstairs were very efficient but quiet, an absolute plus! Because the weather was stormy most days during our stay, we couldn’t enjoy the terrace but it was really lovely. Would love to stay in this apartment in the summer too!

We loved the space, well located and everything you need is inside. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The only thing is that the elevator did not work, but it has no relation to the apartment itself.

We were like at home. The owner very friendly and attentive. Quiet area. Very good bed. Very clean. Good transportation combinations to go to downtown Porto. It fits the description perfectly. We highly recommend it.

Our stay at Gandra's house was great, the house was clean and matched the description. Lots of things to do and the kitchen was very well equipped. Recommend.

This is the dream home for a family get away. The rooms are very spacious and they all have incredible views to nature. I highly recommend this house to anybody that wants to relax and appreciate luxury. Definitely a must come back.
