Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Androscoggin County

Our third time staying here (we are in the area for work). The property is fantastic and the hosts (Chris and Kate) couldn’t be nicer. We look forward to staying here every year!

Brian’s virtual hospitality was warm and welcoming. I didn’t figure out that the garage is for snowmobiles (assumption) until the last day. We felt at home at once. Our small dog wanted to chase every squirrel and the cows that lead the pig down the street. We were there with another couple for a virtual conference with several sessions over Saturday and Sunday. The bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen small but well equipped meeting all our needs, and TV room perfect for the conference. Walking the dog in the back up the hill was beautiful even in the rain. We talked about booking for the October conference already. Thanks, Brian.

My son had spring training for baseball in the area and we turned it into a mini vacation. We had the best stay at this property! My son enjoyed catching some large mouth bass right from the beach! The amenities are top of the line beautiful! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets so soft! We had everything we needed to cook a nice Easter dinner and the grill outside was perfect for other meals! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of each day! The kids were entertained in the basement with all of the games and huge TV! We would give this property more stars if we could! Beautiful and worth every penny!!!! The host was very responsive and kind! We hope to come back in the future!

We stayed here as an over night from an event we were attending that day. The place was absolutely spotless and so cute! Check and out was extremely easy and would love to come back another time to more enjoy the space provided. Host Mary was informative and organized and would highly recommend this place to others.

What a beautiful location! David is a great host. He made sure we had good directions, tips for the area, and was quick to answer any questions. The lakeside cabin has absolutely everything you need to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The view of the lake is spectacular. The cabin is very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and Echo lake is a gorgeous pristine lake. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the dock. We swam, kayaked, canoed and even tried out the paddle boards that came with the house. We would love to come back! Thanks!

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the lake house and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the little getaway. It is beautifully located on the lake and has this huge window in the living room from which you have an amazing view. The house has everything you need, even washing machine and dryer in the basement. I would 100% recommend this unique place! Christine has been super helpful throughout my stay.

Me and my friend came for a short weekend trip and was the perfect place! Will be coming back next time.

We have stayed in Martin's cabin several times. It is spacious, comfortable and always spotless! Martin is super easy to communicate with and helpful. We highly recommend a stay in Martin's lovely cabin!
