Klarabrygga was established in the summer of 2026 and consists of two separate apartments - Klarabrygga Nord and Klarabrygga Sør. Here you live in a cozy and practical apartment with everything you need. Just a short walk away there is a grocery store, pub and Alveland - known for its homemade cinnamon buns and handmade soaps. Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. Man ser tydelig nordlys fra huset i klar vær. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand ca 20min. Fem minutter tar det at gå til nærmeste matbutikk. Hvalsafari turer ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger per dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i oppe i andre etage, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.
