Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Nærmeste naboer er Andenes fyr, Hvalsafari, Polarmuseet, og Whale2sea. Utsikten fra kjøkkenbordet er helt fantastisk. Stedet ligger rett i utkanten av Andenes sentrum og det er kort vei å gå til alt. Frem til Juni 2027 bygges «The Whale» på naboeiendommen.
