This stay totally exceeded expectations, it is a relaxing and welcoming place, the price is really very affordable for the hospitality, cleanliness, and tranquility offered. It's one of those places where you leave with the idea of wanting to come back and tell friends and family about it, absolutely recommended.

A simply magical stay, which touched the heart and soul. The Casa delle Farfalle is not just a place, but a profound, spiritual, and authentic experience. We were greeted with a natural warmth, present but never intrusive, with the heart in every gesture. From the enchanted garden that comes alive in the evening with a party of fireflies, to the light flight of the colorful butterflies that accompanied us during the day, a daydream! The aperitif on the terrace was unforgettable, when Milva picked and fried the zucchini flowers from her garden, right in front of us. The best pancakes you've ever tasted, a gesture of infinite sweetness. And breakfast? Fresh, zero-kilometer, typical and full of real flavors. The apricot tart... simply divine. My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Lorenzo and Rossella are very friendly and ready to help anytime. Thank you so much!

Gisèle is very welcoming and available , she advised us on sightseeing and restaurants ...😊 We only stayed one night but the experience was good!The laundry smelled good…and the beds are comfortable! Several nice terraces! To know that a studio for rent is also glued to the accommodation but does not cause any inconvenience ...

Very accommodating, very clean accommodation. We had a lovely stay!

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, clear and simple check-in instructions. We only used it as a place to sleep, but the apartment has everything you need and was clean and tidy. The area is quiet and not far from the sea, the reserved parking is excellent.

Great stay at Luisa’s apartment in Nice! Traveled with my wife, 10-mo old daughter, and mother-in-law. Large apartment that had everything we needed. AC was able to get very cool which is somewhat rare in France from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location—within 10-15 min walk of everything in Nice you’d want to go to, but secluded enough to be quiet (exactly what we were looking for with the baby). Luisa was great throughout the whole process offering recommendations and help with anything needed. Would definitely stay again next time in Nice!

Well located in the center of "Old Town" Nice with lots to see and do all in walking distance of the Promenade. Martine the host was also very helpfull and vriendly. The accomodation is neat and clean with all that u need.

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority — the space was spotless and felt incredibly fresh. The interior design is absolutely stunning, with thoughtful details and a cozy, modern aesthetic that made it feel like a true home away from home. Stephan was not only incredibly kind and welcoming but also impressively responsive. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He is proactive communication before and during the stay made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-maintained space hosted by someone who genuinely cares about your comfort.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The view, the warm hospitality and Phillipe’s knowledge of the area were spot on. The family dog Lady would also visit from time-to-time. We We can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed the stay at Mariella's villa very much. The place is very nice and modernly furnished. Beautiful and modern furniture, beautiful and large bathroom, fly screen on the patio door. A large terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. Breakfast was fantastically prepared by Cristina with delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and many other delicacies. Cristina is an excellent host, always in a good mood. She always had a lot of suggestions for the day ahead. The car can be parked directly at the property on the street. The way into the city is steep but easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place.

This is a lovely big space with a living room and two bedrooms, great views and very kind hosts. We managed to get around the Italian-English language barrier fine, and the hosts were very patient with us when we arrived a little later than expected. It is up on a hill in a tiny little village (so keep going as the map point is completely accurate, you aren't lost, it's just a little bit remote!) and a 15-20 minute drive to the beach, which was fine for us. Would stay here again if in the region! And the breakfasts were thoughtful to what we did and did not like so much.

I will recommend it to everyone. Josy and her husband are very kind and nice. I feel safe and cozy here. Perfect location that you can just walk to many places. Josy prepared very nice breakfast everyday which is so sweet! We will come back!

What surpised me the most was how clean and well ordered was everything. Elena is very friendly, and flexible concerning the check in. The room is pretty big, well suited even for a longer stay. The apartment is not far from the beach and city center. Would absolutely return and recommend!
