Margarida’s place was spacious, clean and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for a one night but this place would great for a longer visit too. Location was good, walking distance from everything. Check out the Flower Bar & Coffee shop nearby, it’s such a cute place. Margarida answered quickly and we were lucky to be able to leave our luggage at the place for couple of hours before check in and after check out. Thank you for a great stay!

From the moment we booked the apartment, Ignacio was extremely helpful and responsive to my questions and provided lots of useful local information and suggestions of places to visit, eat at etc. The apartment was better than described, all of our group were so impressed with it, comfortable beds, lovely bed linen, every detail has been thought of, very well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace. The air conditioning was really appreciated as it was extremely hot during our stay! The location was also perfect for us, it’s quiet, you wouldn’t realise you’re in the centre of the city, but within a few minutes you’re near shops, restaurants and walking distance from all of the main tourist attractions, markets and river. It really was a great find, thank you so much Ignacio, we’ve had an amazing stay! 5 🌟. Would highly recommend ☺️

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our visit to Seville. Your apartment was very central and convenient for exploring. We loved the Royal Alcazar and the gardens were stunning and it was lovely to see the peacocks. We climbed the Giralda tower and loved the Plaza de Espana and seeing the beautiful tiles everywhere. We went to the Setas de Seville at sunset and it was amazing then had a drink in a rooftop bar overlooking it. We also went to the Casa de Pilatos and loved its garden too. We had some lovely tapas meals and Emma met her cousin and we had a typical Spanish meal with them - cold soup similar to Gazpacho followed by paella. Thank you again for the lovely stay.

Modern, clean, well-appointed. Located on a very quiet narrow street, about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. We appreciated the washer dryer, full size fridge and spacious rooms. More than enough room for us and our 3 teenagers (although you will want to stagger your showers so as to not run out of hot water after 2 or 3 showers). Jose Abraham was very responsive and friendly. Small market shop just a few doors down for necessities. If you don’t mind walking to get to the sites this place is an outstanding value!

Apartment in a very nice neighborhood on the banks of the Guadalquivir with restaurants very close! Santa Cruz neighborhood is a 15-20 minute walk away. Apartment very clean and as described with a super nice terrace. Laureen hosted us very warmly: thank you again!

The apartment is within walking distance, the check-in was easy and well organized. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is dark because the windows reach into the courtyard, which is advantageous at 40 degrees outside temperature. I'd love to come back for a short trip to Seville.

We enjoyed a week in Noemi's nice house. We were here with 2 couples which is ideal because the house is nice and spacious with one bedroom with bathroom downstairs directly when you enter and reach one bedroom with bathroom upstairs via the terrace. This way you have privacy and share the living room, kitchen the terrace and roof terrace. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic on the sea and the market hall. The house is full of comforts and is located in the beautiful old town near the market hall and the place where the boats leave for the beaches is a 5-minute walk. There are umbrellas available. Noemi is hospitable and was there to welcome us and went up at 6:30 to say hello to us personally. The house has steep stairs that is good to know, it is an old fisherman's house. Thank you Noemi! We'd love to come back.

This Villa is excellent, when you’re there it feels so secluded and private but you’re right in the centre of Amancil. There is a big supermarket 2 minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes. Also if you don’t hire a car it’s very easy to get Ubers anywhere. The house feels like a home, loads of art and antiques we loved the vibe! Jose was super responsive and helpful. We’re already talking about staying next year.

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ignacio’s. Felt right at home! Great host, always responsive and proactive. Ideal location, near the train station and the city center. You can easily explore the main attractions by foot. Highly recommended, I would stay here again.

We stayed with Mari Carmen for 4 months with 2 dogs. She is friendly and helpful. Responded immediately to small problems. The apartment is large enough but a bit cold in winter. Heating was available. The neighbors are very nice. We had a lovely time. Thanks Mari Carmen

Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui
