Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Andes

We really enjoyed staying at the studio. It’s equipped with everything you need to cook, it’s cosy and super clean. Even though Aruba’s beaches are gorgeous, we also enjoyed having a swimming pool where to freshen up in the morning or after a day at the beach. The neighbourhood is quite far away from the touristic areas, but quickly accessible by car. Last but not least, Ady and Yves were friendly and always made sure we had all we needed.

Definitivamente volvería mil veces, tienen una energía increíbles todos y son muy atentos, una energía muy bonita ahí. Desde que llegas te sientes parte de la familia ❤️

This is a must!!! 2000% recommended. Brand new apartment, lots of amenities, great shopping in the surroundings, and at a walking distance if you take left go to Copacabana, and if you walk right, gorgeous Ipanema awaits you. Metro station at 1 block distance, Mércia has a piece of heaven in Rio.

Foi tudo incrível! Márcia e sua mãe são pessoas maravilhosas e nos receberam e acolheram com muito carinho! Ficamos um final de semana e nos sentimos em casa. A casa é agradável, espaçosa e bem limpinha! Levamos nossos pets e eles amaram também e brincaram muito na área que a casa possui. Só temos que agradecer e com certeza iremos retornar 🤗

la casa igual que en las fotos, muy buena comunicación para poder llegar, muy preocupados de entregar el depa limpio y ordenado, al igual que el vecino Francisco quien nos ayudo bastante y nos facilito secador de pelo y traslado en la noche para poder movilizarnos mejor como grupo, un 10/10 el lugar y las personas, 100% recomendado.

Pode ir sem Medo… o Local muito limpo.. ar-condicionado novo, cama boa, o local próximo a restaurante, padaria e farmácia.. o uber pega e deixa na porta. Cláudio é um cara incrível muito gente boa, até saímos pra almoçar perto.. Gostei demais voltarei mais vezes. Me sentir em casa

Queríamos relaxar por uns dias e dar mais espaço pra nossa cachorra brincar e a casa da Elaine foi perfeita para isso. Apesar da chuva no domingo, ainda curtimos um pouco da churrasqueira e descansamos na rede. Tudo igual ou melhor que as fotos, local seguro e com supermercado bem próximo. Casa com cara de nova e muito bem cuidada. Elaine foi muito atenciosa e nos deixou bem a vontade.

This place’s location alone is a winner! So close to the beach (it’s literally across the street) and good restaurants. We were put in contact with Julieta who was wonderful in helping us book things in the area, like surfing and Tortuga island tours. Place was cozy and convenient. The only thing is it is an outdoor kitchen, so make sure all food items are put away properly. We saw some raccoons trying to get food haha! Besides that if you want to be close to the beach, this is your spot!

Amazing stay here with a smaller group of just 3 of us. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and introduced to the house caretaker and concierge Oscar who was a highlight of our trip. He was extremely helpful and available at seemingly all times and knew about many things in the city. He would help with restaurant recommendations and even walk us to the where we needed just to tag along. The space itself was beautiful, quiet and secluded but still just a couple minutes walk from the action. There is daily breakfast for a small fee and everything from changing money to arranging a shopping list can be easily accomplished. Highly recommend this place.

This was our fourth year staying at Sandor's place. There are always changes for the better. The grounds are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for up to four people. The pool area with shaded patio is nice for the hot Nicaragua weather. Carlos and Cristhian, caretakers, are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sandor is always quick to respond to any questions we have. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2026!

Beautiful, private and relaxing place

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

Foi incrível e mágico. Recomendo para todos o apartamento e o anfitrião é extremamente educado e responde com rapidez. Apartamento ótimo e respondeu todas as minhas expectativas. Único ponto negativo, tem muita queda de luz, porém a que ficou mais tempo foi de 30min, logo voltou. Fora isso não tenho nada a reclamar de nada. Parabéns!

Apartamento super arejado e bem localizado, próximo a feirinha e pertinho da praia. O Sr. Firmino é super atencioso, eu e minha família amamos a estadia, voltaremos com certeza.

El lugar es maravilloso, condominio agradable y tranquilo, todo muy privado, seguridad 24 horas. El departamento es hermoso, todos los detalles muy bien cuidados, todo muy limpio y prolijo. La comunicación con la anfitriona es de lo mejor, ella es muy amable y la comunicación es fluida, da todos los detalles necesarios y si necesitas su ayuda ella te responde de inmediato. En resumen, el lugar vale 100% la pena! Espero volver a hospedarme en tan maravilloso lugar.

The check in was very friendly. We really appreciated the ground level condo and especially the great balcony. That is where we spent most of our evenings. The living space is large and everything felt crisp and clean. The laundry area is much appreciated and all the appliances were outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the board games provided. The resort is great, it has many pools and swim up bars and great restaurants. Our kids really enjoyed our own little private pool by the beach and we never had to stressed about getting a shaded cabanas, as many were available mid-morning when we were getting at the beach. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. We felt like we were getting all the amnities of a large resort minus the crowds. A beautifull spot, highly recommended for families.

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
