We really enjoyed staying at the studio. It’s equipped with everything you need to cook, it’s cosy and super clean. Even though Aruba’s beaches are gorgeous, we also enjoyed having a swimming pool where to freshen up in the morning or after a day at the beach. The neighbourhood is quite far away from the touristic areas, but quickly accessible by car. Last but not least, Ady and Yves were friendly and always made sure we had all we needed.

I would definitely come back a thousand times, they all have an incredible energy and they are very attentive, a very nice energy there. Since when you read you feel part of the family ❤️

This is a must!!! 2000% recommended. Brand new apartment, lots of amenities, great shopping in the surroundings, and at a walking distance if you take left go to Copacabana, and if you walk right, gorgeous Ipanema awaits you. Metro station at 1 block distance, Mércia has a piece of heaven in Rio.

It was all amazing! Marcia and her mother are wonderful people and welcomed us with great affection! We stayed a weekend and felt at home. The house is nice, spacious and very clean! We took our pets and they loved it too and played a lot in the area that the house has. We just have to thank you and we will definitely return 🤗

the house as in the photos, very good communication to be able to get there, very concerned about delivering the clean and tidy depa, as well as neighboring Francisco who help us a lot and I facilitate a hair dryer and transfer at night to be able to mobilize better as a group, a 10/10 the place and the people, 100% recommended.

You can go without fear… the place is very clean… new air-conditioning, good bed, the place is close to a restaurant, bakery and pharmacy… Uber picks you up and leaves you at the door. Claudio is an amazing guy, very good people, we even went out to lunch nearby.. I really enjoyed it, I'll be back more often. I felt at home

We wanted to relax for a few days and give our dog more room to play and Elaine's house was perfect for that. Despite the rain on Sunday, we still enjoy some of the barbecue and rest on the hammock. All the same or better than the pictures, a safe place with a nearby supermarket. House with the face of new and very well taken care of. Elaine was very attentive and made us comfortable.

This place’s location alone is a winner! So close to the beach (it’s literally across the street) and good restaurants. We were put in contact with Julieta who was wonderful in helping us book things in the area, like surfing and Tortuga island tours. Place was cozy and convenient. The only thing is it is an outdoor kitchen, so make sure all food items are put away properly. We saw some raccoons trying to get food haha! Besides that if you want to be close to the beach, this is your spot!

Amazing stay here with a smaller group of just 3 of us. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and introduced to the house caretaker and concierge Oscar who was a highlight of our trip. He was extremely helpful and available at seemingly all times and knew about many things in the city. He would help with restaurant recommendations and even walk us to the where we needed just to tag along. The space itself was beautiful, quiet and secluded but still just a couple minutes walk from the action. There is daily breakfast for a small fee and everything from changing money to arranging a shopping list can be easily accomplished. Highly recommend this place.

This was our fourth year staying at Sandor's place. There are always changes for the better. The grounds are beautiful and the house has plenty of room for up to four people. The pool area with shaded patio is nice for the hot Nicaragua weather. Carlos and Cristhian, caretakers, are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Sandor is always quick to respond to any questions we have. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2026!

Beautiful, private and relaxing place

What an incredible stay! It was stunning. Very clean. The staff is so nice and friendly! The grounds are beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. I highly recommend this place.

It was amazing and magical. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the host is extremely polite and respond quickly. Great apartment and met all my expectations. Only negative point, there is a lot of light drop, but the one that stayed the longest was 30min, it soon returned. Outside this I have nothing to complain about. Congratulations

Apartment super airy and well located, near the fair and close to the beach. Mr. Firmino is super attentive, my family and I love the stay, we will be back for sure.

The place is wonderful, nice and quiet condominium, all very private, 24 hour security. The apartment is beautiful, all the details are very well cared for, everything is very clean and neat. The communication with the host is the best, she is very friendly and the communication is fluid, she gives all the necessary details and if you need her help she responds immediately. In short, the place is 100% worth it! I hope to stay in such a wonderful place again.

The check in was very friendly. We really appreciated the ground level condo and especially the great balcony. That is where we spent most of our evenings. The living space is large and everything felt crisp and clean. The laundry area is much appreciated and all the appliances were outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the board games provided. The resort is great, it has many pools and swim up bars and great restaurants. Our kids really enjoyed our own little private pool by the beach and we never had to stressed about getting a shaded cabanas, as many were available mid-morning when we were getting at the beach. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. We felt like we were getting all the amnities of a large resort minus the crowds. A beautifull spot, highly recommended for families.

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!
