We absolutely loved our stay at Victor’s cabin and feel so lucky to have met him on this trip. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful, and there’s a ton of things to do on his property alone. It’s definitely worth staying for at least a week. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who wants to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature.

Amazing!! Great location in a beautiful place. Stunning stay. It was so amazing to hear the sounds of the jungle while being in the villa. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Few ants located inside. Would 1000% recommend staying here!

Melissa and Luciano were the perfect hosts. Melissa was great at communicating. It was a beautiful location and a great experience - amazing snorkelling and the opportunity to see dolphins, sloths and toucans. We met some cool people through the communal living and hanging out.

The Jungle House was beautiful, pool is super clean. the host was very helpful and friendly :)

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! This house is tucked in the jungle with loads of wildlife all around. There are other houses on the property, but they have preserved the gardens and jungle in such a fabulous way that you can’t even see any of the other houses. Felt super private. The plunge pool was absolutely delightful after we returned to the house. There are so many things close by, we especially love La Leyenda pizza restaurant. Which is just a short ride down the street in Playa Chiquita. Tine got back to me very quickly after each text I sent her. We will definitely stay here again!

Our adult family of four stayed in both the mango house and the jungle house. Both of these places are fabulous- beautiful jungle surroundings, areas to hang out and observe the beauty, all kinds of fruit to try, an on-site restaurant (try the jackfruit stew!), comfortable beds. The fact that this area has been mindfully reforested was what attracted us to this stay but the experience overall was amazing. We highly recommend!

We loved it here! Everything was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. The host is lovely and super communicative, made it feel like we were visiting a friend. And the location is absolutely unbeatable! Falling asleep up in the trees, away from the crowds and volume of the town, but only a 4 minute walk from everything you could need. We can't wait to come back!

A true hidden gem! If this place is available - book it without hesitation. Reaching it involves a climb up hundreds of steps through the jungle, but you're rewarded with total privacy, breathtaking views, and complete immersion in nature. Jan and his wife are incredibly kind and always ready to help. This is a unique and unforgettable stay, perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and authenticity.

We had a wonderful experience staying in the treehouse, it was my nine year old’s favourite of all our stays in Costa Rica. Secluded enough to see and hear wildlife, while a close enough walk to town.

We loved our stay at Andre’s places in Monteverde. Right off the beaten path in town but somehow still felt totally secluded and beautiful. The space is stunning and super modern touches felt luxurious including the tub overlooking the mountains and water. It was a bit tricky to get to and into but otherwise well, well worth it. Great stay and would Love to come back!

If you're looking for peace, privacy, and the feeling of being fully immersed in nature, this is your spot. From glowing sunsets to peaceful sunrises, from the full moon and stars lighting up the sky to the steady rhythm of the ocean, every moment here brings you closer to nature. As the sun sets, the cicadas begin their song like a perfectly timed orchestra. Birds call out with their own melodies, monkeys chatter overhead, and you can feel how alive everything around you is. David was kind, responsive, and helpful—quick to reply when needed and full of thoughtful local tips. If you have the time and means, make this one of your stops. It’s truly worth it. Pura Vida!

We stayed in the treehouse for the weekend and simply love the experience! Everything in the accommodation seems to have been thought of in the smallest detail. The place is extremely cozy, charming and very well cared for. It was all perfect! Abigail was also an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and super solicitous when we need a little extra time at checkout. For sure, it was an unforgettable stay. We're already in the mood to come back!

I had the most incredible stay. If you are even considering booking, do it! Even though I was only there for two days, it felt like I was in a completely different world—an absolute retreat from everyday life. The entire experience was so relaxing and peaceful. The on-site restaurant was great; every meal was delicious, and it was so convenient to have the delivery service as well. One of my favorite spots was the outdoor net hammock—it was so serene to sit there, unwind, and take in the beautiful surroundings. The jacuzzi was another highlight; we basically lived in it the entire time. The fireplace added such a cozy touch, making the nights feel extra special. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the perfect amount of outlets and the reading lights by the bed. The breakfast provided each morning was a nice touch, and it really made the stay feel even more thoughtful. I can’t wait to come back to this magical spot ❤️

Great experience! The tiny house is beautifully designed and is very private - great for couples. You could play music without worrying that we would bother anyone. We very much appreciated the bottle of wine, the 8 towels in different sizes and the grill we were able to use. Andres was a great host and always responsive. Be aware you have to pay account for 2x 20.000 pesos you wanna drive to where most of the attractions are.

We really had a great time at this Air bnb. The location is a little out of the way but easily accessible with a suitable vehicle, and we really liked the quiet location. The large terrace was my personal highlight. From there we were able to observe monkeys and other animals. Andres is a kind person who was always happy to help us with any questions or concerns. Thank youu so much for everything!

Luís and Leila were very attentive from the first contact. They sent a local guide with several suggestions. That's awesome! The little refuge looks like an enchanted place. Everything is well designed and tasteful. I love nature and the feeling is that you are closer to God in this place. We put charcoal in the ecological fire, roasted cheese curds and drank wine. Magical moment, enjoy the night in front of the fireplace warming up and listening to nature. The next day we went horseback riding 🐎 at Haras Luminar, which is a few minutes away by car. I recommend it and we'll go more often. 🤝🏽
