¡Tuvimos una estancia realmente buena aquí y lo disfrutamos mucho! Hicimos algunos estiramientos en la terraza de la azotea durante la puesta de sol, ¡era tan bonito que teníamos la terraza para nosotros solos! ¡El departamento es perfecto para dos personas y tiene una ubicación increíble en Palermo!

Fue una grata estancia, toda la comunicación clara. El proceso automatizado, para hacer check in y check out sin fricciones. La zona es muy buena, sin embargo por la noche la calle carece de buena iluminación. En la esquina hay un mini súper para comprar insumos 👍🏻 No hay posibilidad de resguardo de maletas a la hora del check-out Lo recomiendo, por trato, instalaciones y ubicación

Cómodo lugar, muy ordenado y limpio. Además, hay bastante variedad de restaurantes al rededor y acceso a locomoción/transporte público. Daiana fue muy amable y rápida para responder nuestras dudas.

Muy buen departamento en relación precio-calidad. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Barbara fue servicial y flexible con el check in. Tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina y también en los dormitorios, muy cómodo. Está muy cerca de Palermo. Tiene vista linda al estar en un piso 15. Tiene ascensores que funcionan bien. Lo único que esta cerca del centro de basura por lo que se escuchan descargar camiones durante la noche. Muy recomendable!

Andrea is just perfect guide for new comer of BA. She was so kind and always fast to communicate with all useful information. Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Medellín. The space was modern, clean, and exactly as described—if not better. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the location was perfect: close to restaurants, cafes, and safe to walk around. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming, offering great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The building had all the amenities I needed. This apartment truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting Medellín for work or leisure, I highly recommend this place. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very urban experience in a huge city, but Emilio's apartment is well located near two important subway lines, so lots of options about where to head, and some parts of the city are walkable from the apartment. Loved Luis and his produce two doors down, laundry on the same block, Ana Maria and her fantastic cortados at her little coffee shop, Roster, one block down. As others say, you do hear the elevator but during the day we didn't pay attention to it, and at night we used the white fan in the bedroom closet to block the sound, and that worked beautifully.

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

Alojamiento muy bueno en calidad precio, con lo necesario para una estadia tranquila, el lugar cuenta con ascensor casi siempre disponible asi que no es problema el que este ubicado en un 4to piso. Destaco muchisimo la ubicacion estando en medio del centro teniamos acceso a todo. Lucho contestaba rapido siempre y fue muy amable. Tuve un percance y le rompi un velador pero supo entender que fue un accidente y que no me hiciera problema.

hermoso depto! muy cómodo para 4 personas. Muy cerca del centro lo que nos resultó aún mejor de la estadía! no pudimos usar mucho la terraza ya que nos tocaron días fríos pero muy hermosa. la cama super cómoda al igual que el baño y cocina. super recomendado

Would absolutely stay again. Was very responsive and quick if there was any problems they were fixed. Very spacious and location was perfect. Anything needed was walking distance and or a very short uber.
