We had a really good stay here and enjoyed it very much! We did some stretches on the roof top terrace during sunset, it was so beautiful that we had the terrace to ourselves! The apartment is perfect for two people and has an incredible location in Palermo!

It was a pleasant stay, all the communication clear. The automated process, to check in and check out without friction. The area is very good, however at night the street lacks good lighting. In the corner there is a mini super to buy inputs 👍🏻 There is no possibility of luggage storage at check out time I recommend it, for treatment, facilities and location

Very good apartment in terms of value for money. It was very clean and tidy. Barbara was helpful and flexible with check-in. It had everything you need in the kitchen and also in the bedrooms, very comfortable. It is very close to Palermo. It has a nice view as it is on a 15th floor. It has well-functioning elevators. The only thing close to the garbage center so you can hear trucks unloading during the night. Highly recommended!

Location of house is really interesting and walkable to other interesting places. There are also so many cozy cafe and bar. While I was staying, I felt safe. It’s valuable to come back again.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Medellín. The space was modern, clean, and exactly as described—if not better. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the location was perfect: close to restaurants, cafes, and safe to walk around. The host was extremely responsive and welcoming, offering great local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The building had all the amenities I needed. This apartment truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting Medellín for work or leisure, I highly recommend this place. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a very urban experience in a huge city, but Emilio's apartment is well located near two important subway lines, so lots of options about where to head, and some parts of the city are walkable from the apartment. Loved Luis and his produce two doors down, laundry on the same block, Ana Maria and her fantastic cortados at her little coffee shop, Roster, one block down. As others say, you do hear the elevator but during the day we didn't pay attention to it, and at night we used the white fan in the bedroom closet to block the sound, and that worked beautifully.

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

Very good accommodation in terms of value for money, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The place has an elevator that is almost always available, so it's not a problem that it's located on the 4th floor. I really emphasize the location, being in the middle of downtown we had access to everything. Lucho always answered quickly and was very kind. I had a mishap and broke a lamp, but he understood that it was an accident and not to make a problem of it.

A beautiful apartment! Very comfortable for 4 people. Very close to the center, which made our stay even better! We couldn't use the terrace much since it was cold, but it's very beautiful. The bed is super comfortable, as are the bathroom and kitchen. highly recommended

Would absolutely stay again. Was very responsive and quick if there was any problems they were fixed. Very spacious and location was perfect. Anything needed was walking distance and or a very short uber.
