The apartment was perfect for our weekend in Clemson. It was conveniently located. The inside was clean, parking was easy and communication with the host was great. I would definitely book again.

Everything was a staged an convenient!

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment building. The host provided clear check in instructions and was very responsive. The unit could have used additional cleaning before our stay and host could have provided additional blankets to make it perfect. The bed is very firm but it didn’t bother us. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend it to others.

Amelia is a super host! She was always responsive, before and during our stay with clear communication about everything. She provided flexibility on check-in and check-out. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to Clemson's campus, which made it the perfect location for us to visit our son there and attend a football game. It was exactly as described/ pictured, squeaky clean, nicely updated, and quiet (on the 3rd floor). It is located in an older complex, but inside the condo has been completely updated with brand new flooring, bathrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. TVs are in every room, but you will probably not want to stay inside much....it's on the lake! We didn't get down to the lake, but we could see the lake from the balcony of the condo. Parking was always available all weekend, directly in front. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, and it was in places we would expect to find it! We are already picking dates to go back to this AirBNB! Thank you, Amelia!

Estelle was a fantastic host! She was very communicative and incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations around town. The room was as described and perfect for me to be able to stay in comfortably. Would highly recommend!!

This condo is excellent! It is on the ground floor of the building and therefore has very easy access for luggage, groceries, etc. There are four comfortable bedrooms, each having a private bath. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen is small but functional and well equipped. The location - about 1 1/2 mile from Tiger Blvd and maybe 2 1/2 miles into downtown Clemson makes it convenient for dining and entertainment. The condo was very clean and very well orgainzed, and Rochelle was very responsive as the owner/host. I would gladly rent this home again.

Our family enjoyed our time at Leslie’s place. Perfect location for our family trip for Clemson graduation. We had enough space and the ground floor made it perfect for the older folks. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Clemson for any reason. If you have a specific bed requirement, you should note both the mattress and pillows were very soft. As someone who prefers a sturdier pillow and firmer mattress, I did end up using a different pillow my daughter brought us from her apartment. Outside of that I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would 100% stay here again. Leslie is lovely.

We recently stayed at Melanie’s home for graduation at Clemson, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is exactly as pictured—beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The location was ideal, and Melanie has gone above and beyond by stocking the home with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. She was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely spot and clean. Not a lake view, but accurate to description. Lake was accessible about 100 yards away. We had a lovely stay.

Perfect for our visit to Clemson during a game weekend. Amy provided everything we needed and more. Although we didn’t use all the amenities- here are the highlights: Fully stocked kitchen, cooler and chairs for gameday, plenty of towels, toiletries and extra snacks! The beds were comfortable and plenty of parking (3 spots). We definitely will use her place again! Thank you for being a wonderful host!

This 4BR was perfect for our needs. There was room for us to spread out for our marathon graduation week and tiger move-out. We had a medical issue and broken cell phone, and Adam was very responsive helping with our extra needs. So glad we booked an apartment vs a hotel room. The drive was less than 10 minutes to Littlejohn for ceremony.

What a great place to ride out Hurricane Helene! We arrived just ahead of the storm and found the property to be everything as advertised. A lovely home fully furnished with clean linens and plenty of games and activities to do. It turned out we would need them as the storm was much more severe than anticipated for the area with trees falling and the power going out to the entire region. The forced detention was the ideal excuse to pull out a puzzle and get to work. The host was very responsive and supported us as we worked to adjust to the local situation. They helped us locate flashlights, candles and some food stored in the house as well as other items needed to keep the weekend an enjoyable adventure. Once the winds died down, we had a great time hanging out on the dock enjoying the calm evening views. It is a beautiful property with a great host!

We can't say enough about this location, it was absolutely perfect for our long weekend away! The lake was gorgeous and refreshing during the warm afternoons. There was so much space for the 8 of us - 4 couples all had our own rooms plus tons of room in the house for us all to hang out. Rich was more than accommodating, incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond in his communications! Excellent host!! We will definitely be back!

Really felt as comfortable as being home. Loved all the labels on light switches and helpful hints throughout to make the stay easy. Probably the best stocked rental on the market- everything you need for your stay. And greatly appreciated the cold waters in the mini fridge and we used them all- again thank you!!! Great place to stay and have a little view of the Lake.

I ended up only staying 1 night due to a mixup of dates and why I was in Clemson but Glenn was super flexible and such an easy host to stay with. The proactive instruction and (for lack of a better term) “warning” about his two sweet puppers was right on the money and although friendly, they do bark (as expected to a new person at their home!) If you don’t like dogs or are scared of them, this may not be the place for you but I bet Glenn would keep them out of your way if you simply ask. Will be back next time I’m in the area!

Everyone should have hosts like Truette and Nancy! The best people in the world. They go the extra mile to welcome their guest and make them feel at home. The front porch is super nice for relaxing. For a home away from home stay here. I did not want to leave and look forward to returning!

Christina's house is amazing! We had a wonderful week in her home. It is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Equipped with all the necessary comforts and more. It also has a very large terrace. I highly recommend it!!

I stayed here for my wedding to get ready and go marry the man of my dreams. Mary’s hospitality was outstanding and her husband’s (Pete) as well. They were so kind, responsive, and had just the most beautiful home. The bath tub in the rose room was absolutely wonderful for me to take a long soak after working all day getting my wedding in order. As soon as I spent one night there all my stress was lifted thank you so much! This house is beautiful, cozy, clean and has so much character. I encourage everyone to book a stay here if you’re looking at this!
