The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Welcome to the Middle Ages! Martinsburg is one of the few never destroyed castles of the Middle Rhine Valley, where the building fabric is actually centuries old. We have carefully renovated the parlor of the gatekeeper, about 50 m2, and approached today's needs with shower and toilet. However, you have to climb 45 steps before you can settle down comfortably. In good weather you can also linger in the flower corner in the castle courtyard or explore the castle park on the Rhine.

From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).
