Everything was great, we had a nice weekend at the place.

Malou and her husband were very welcoming, we had a great time, the apartment is quiet and bright. We'll be happy to go back!

I can fully recommend the accommodation. I spent a wonderful week there. Everything as in the photos, very clean and very quiet. Lake Laach and Maria Laach Monastery are just a few minutes' drive away. Georg and Anke gave good tips and are excellent hosts. I would book the place again anytime.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very spacious and well equipped. The property is also conveniently located for exploring beautiful Koblenz and other places, for example. Christina and Günter were very attentive, helpful and extremely communicative.

I booked Björn's apartment for business for a colleague and received very good feedback. Check-in worked very well and my colleague immediately felt very comfortable. The apartment is in the basement and is modern and cozy at the same time. This is a large room in which the living room and bedroom are integrated. Everything was very nice and clean on arrival and communication with Björn also went very well. I am very happy to book again when we are around.

Olga's place was very nicely and romantically decorated, and very clean. Olga also responds quickly. It was a lovely final stay at the end of my holiday!

A lovely place to spend the night after coming out of a meditatiom retreat. Spacious living room, beautiful view and balcony, quiet area, a large supermarket very close by, and within easy walking distance of the train station. Olga was very kind, friendly, and helpful. A lovely stay I would warmly recommend.

Beautiful apartment! We were very satisfied. Apartment corresponded to the pictures and description. Due to the close proximity to the main train station, it was quite loud if you want to sleep with the window open. Good location, Aldi in the backyard, baker in the main station opposite, very delicious Italian directly under the accommodation. The old town is about a 15-minute walk. Communication with Oussama is very reliable and fast. We messed up with the door lock and reached the hosts directly! Very lovingly furnished, bright and clean apartment! The amenities are excellent! We had a great stay!

We felt comfortable with Uwe and Irina. Communication was straightforward and Uwe responded quickly if anything happened (in our case, the gas cylinder was empty). The villa is very chic and has everything you need, and much more. If you want peace and quiet and to explore the surroundings, this is the place to be. The villa also serves as a registry office, but we didn't notice any of the three weddings.

We were there with 5 friends and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and quiet, the apartment very well maintained and the people very nice. We only noticed that the sauna is not included until later, but since we were only there for 2 nights, the time was not enough to try it out. So we can't say anything about that. We would mist definitely visit again.

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

We were completely satisfied. A great place to stay that we would book again and again. Dominik was always directly available and friendly. In addition, he also proactively reported with useful information about the accommodation. :-)

We felt very comfortable. Everything was so lovingly furnished. You could relax very well. The sauna and hot tub were the highlight. But you could also do a lot there, unfortunately, a weekend was not enough to explore everything there. Were in the butterfly park and it was beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and were always available when there were problems. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who loves nature and tranquility 🥰

If you are looking for a really special and spacious accommodation with a beautiful wild garden, this is the place to be. A truly unique location with lots of effort and attention to detail renovated and furnished, which also offers lots of luxury with friendly and helpful hosts! Highly recommended.
