We had a great time at this beautiful villa in Igatu. Isolated in the middle of nature, with breathtaking views of the surrounding cliffs and mountains. We enjoyed the calm of the place and were also able to easily get to the village in 15 minutes on foot by an easily passable path (we have a 9-month-old baby).

The property is wonderful! Very well decorated, with every detail thought out with care and everything extremely organized — we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The women of the family, in particular, were delighted with the house. To make the experience even more perfect, we hired Solange's services, who takes care of the house for the host. She prepared delicious breakfasts for us, which was a real highlight. The location is also excellent: right in the center of Mucugê, allowing us to walk to the city's main restaurants and tourist attractions. Eduardo, the host, was a 10! Always very helpful, he sent us great tips for tours and restaurants, and even sent us a warm and delicious cake. Without a doubt, the best Airbnb property we've ever stayed at. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Easy to find house, close to the center of sheets we walked to the center. Quiet and quiet street. We went out and went back to the night with no worries. We forgot the couscous tree in salvador, we got there at the Vini had one at home, got 5 stars, because we love couscous and coffee. Quick in replies and proactive every time. The place is a little hot because it's sunset but, we enjoyed it well and we only stayed at the house at night.

Luiz and Mariza were both very kind. Flexible with check-in and check-out, amazing! The self check-in was very clear and easy. The location is perfect: right in the center of the town, very close near the tour agents for visiting Chapada Diamantina. Big kitchen with a tap water filter. Recommended!

Gabriela’s place was truly beautiful inside and out. Staying in Igatu was a lovely experience. We felt surrounded by nature. Gabriela and her local contact Neide were easy to get in touch with and helped resolve all issues and questions super quickly. Our only disappointment was that this is not an isolated house. Because windows are often open and there is another rental close by we were woken up by neighbors talking and playing music on multiple occasions. All part of the Brazilian experience- just not what we were expecting.

Marcos was very nice and accommodating. He gave us some awesome recommendations for breakfast lunch and dinner. The walk up to the airBNB is pretty steep, but the entire city is beautiful and very safe. Very nice, cosy and private place to stay.
