A fully equipped and spacious home. Quiet and immersed in nature, yet only a 5-minute walk from the centre and what it has to offer. Located in a safe, private building with easy access to Ribeirão do Meio, Cachoeira do Sossego and the Serrano entrance. Washing machine, Air conditioning, two bathrooms and three beds. Fall asleep to birds, frogs and the occasional monkey passing by, a true gem in Lençóis.

A spacious living area features a comfortable green sofa facing a wooden coffee table with a decorative plant. Bright yellow chairs add a pop of color. The open kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining table with seating for four. Natural light floods the space through the windows.
