Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Andaman Sea

I've chosen this place for a family vacation and it was very nice 2 weeks ! The owner and manager were amazing helping with all stuff wee needed. They have many stuff for making quick food with toaster, coffeemaker and microwave. So so nice location with beautiful view and little lake with frogs singing in evening. It was nice to rest on terrace enjoying the jungle view with a cup of coffee. ***Just [obviously] as consequence of high season there may be many disgusting rusians disturbing peace [indeed] at night >>>> just contact the staff and they will assist or call the police to calm those down.

Отличный опыт долгосрочного проживания. Кондо соответствует фотографиям и описанию. Хорошее расположение, рядом 7/11 и supercheap, до пляжа 15 минут, на байках - несколько минут. Отзывчивые хозяева: возникший вопрос с кондиционером решили буквально в этот же день. Если будем в Камале, точно выберем это жилье.

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

Enormous apartment about 10 - 15 min walk from beach and convenient spot for collection when visiting other areas of Phuket. Great air conditioning throughout the apartment and the largest windows I have ever seen.

House was the same as I’ve seen on the photos. Dominique was so kind and friendly

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a really good value for the price. Honestly, you get more than what you pay for here. The host was super nice and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always quick to respond and genuinely kind. Thank you so much for everything—would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

Sehr schönes bungalow mit Pool, der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich professionell gereinigt. Anbieter hat eine WA-Gruppe gemacht in der alles in Minuten geklärt werden konnte wie zb. Einen Roller zu bekommen der in die Unterkunft geliefert wurde. Alles bestens, danke!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem ist sie dem Flughafen sehr nah. Es war alles super.

Super schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Blick über die ganze Stadt Patong. Es ist oben auf dem Berg gelegen direkt an einem Hang. Dadurch hat man viel Privatsphäre und ist ungestört. Von der Lage her sollte man wissen das es viele Stufen gibt und das Haus nur über einen sehr steilen Weg erreichbar ist, her braucht man entweder einen Roller oder ein Taxi. Die Putzfrau kommt jeden Tag wie verabredet und putzt die und die Küche. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Lovely place. Close to the action but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. Host was accommodating and communicated very well.

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Der Check-In war einfach und schnell. Die Rezeptionisten waren super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch größer als Sie auf den Fotos aussieht, insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt!

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures. Close to restaurants and easy to get around. Daniel gave great recommendations and was available for questions throughout our stay. We felt right at home. We highly recommend Daniel’s place. Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Just a 7-minute walk from Patong Beach – one of the most fun (and delightfully chaotic!) places we've ever experienced. My girlfriend and I spent a month here and had one of the best times of our lives. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Number 6 (about 15 minutes on foot) and Yan Zhao (open 24/7 – they serve fresh pasta, and we think that’s the name!). The apartment itself is great – comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, perfect if you're working remotely. And bonus: there’s an amazing massage spot right on the ground floor. Only 150 baht for a seriously good massage!

Absolutely amazing stay!! The place is exactly as the pictures show, it has an amazing location which makes it so convenient! All amenities are available and of high quality honestly couldn’t fault it, Andy and Nikki were both so helpful and accommodating from the get go and made sure everything was arranged for us which was an amazing service from the both of them! Minorrr cons, The bed is a little hard but you get used to it and I wish the shower was a little warmer but it is still warm enough to have a nice shower so don’t let that put you off Overall an incredible place, I highly recommend this room to everyone looking to stay in patong, you wouldn’t want to miss it! P.s the balcony view… INCRECIBLE!
