Our vaulted cellar in exposed stone and rock is located in the center of Coutances. It consists of a room with a bathroom. 40 m2 garden. Quiet and warm. Cottage in the center of the Manche: 10 minutes from the sea. 1 hr from Mont-Saint-Michel. 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches. The cellar is below a stone house being renovated. My little house is only a few km from the beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, the location is ideal for discovering Cotentin. It is located in the small peaceful town of Orval, it is a small townhouse. I have completely renovated it, it is ideal for a couple only. You will find all the amenities to feel at home. Unfortunately, she can't accommodate animals.

This apartment of about 30 m² is located in the city center of Périers on a quiet street and close to many shops. It is on the ground floor (single-storey) and totally independent.
