This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

LAZY LEMON COTTAGE 2 pools steps from the beach!!!

The Lazy Lemon was perfect for our getaway. We didn't have to drive anywhere, we were able to just walk anywhere. Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We brought our boat and this place was just around the corner from the boat ramp. We will definitely be back! James was a wonderful host and reponded very quickly.

The space was perfect for the two of us, plenty of room to spread out and everything was as described. We could easily Uber or walk to locals bars like Toasted Monkey, and found two great breakfast spots, La Croisette and Tiki Bagel.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect— quiet neighborhood With a fabulous location. Great restaurants nearby and just a short drive to great sunsets, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, Clearwater Beach and more! We miss having family in the area and Jarrett’s house was so welcoming we would love to return. It is the perfect place to enjoy time by the pool or make a nice dinner with family after a day on the go. Also, the beds and linens were all comfortable which is such a plus away from home.

We had a great stay in this apartment, which had everything we needed in order to make our holiday comfortable and satisfactory. Amenities and planning corresponds well to the description and photos. The location is a great starting point to discover the neighborhoods as well as surrounding cities and sights. The grocery store as well as some restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment. Anastasios and Gary are very responsive and informative both prior- as well as under our stay, which was much appreciated. I can only give my best recommendations for this place. We hope to come back again one day soon.

We loved our stay at Alison’s place! It was myself, my husband and our 2 year old. We loved that there was a mini crib among many other kid amenities that make traveling with a children much easier/lighter! Our trip was mostly to visit beaches and we were blown away with the many beautiful ones in the area! It was also very nice to have beach chairs, toys, etc. all available in the Airbnb as well. The kitchen is fully stocked which was lovely as we typically cook some meals when we’re away. Alison was very responsive if we had any questions and the place was VERY clean. Highly recommend this Airbnb, I have only positive things to say!

Hun’s property is in a terrific location on a quiet street. It is close and convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is all new construction, clean, and well appointed. My husband and I felt very comfortable there and had a great stay. Hun was particularly responsive the times I had to reach out to him. It would be a pleasure to stay at this property again.

Great hosts. Great communication. Place was lovely!!! Very comfortable. Host made arrangements for a different and comparable place immediately after the condo association unexpectedly closed our original place to stay for repairs from hurricane damage. We weren’t notified that the pool hadn’t been reopened (at either place). The pictures showed a functional pool and nothing that indicated it was closed. The kids were disappointed but this gave us all more beach time which is why we were there in the first place. I’m sure this was just an oversight after all the devastation that occurred there last summer. Can’t imagine what that was like. Thankful we could come back.

Amelia’s house is better than the photo’s and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, especially for visiting the beach and if you have little ones, they will love the play room and safe grassed back garden. It is an easy and quick 6 minutes to Madeira beach and only 5 minutes to the nearest Publix supermarket. Amelia is also a quick and responsive host. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so glowing.

Perfect 3 day trip. Covered parking was appreciated. Nice balcony access from both the master bedroom and the living area.... if your not on the beach its the next best place to watch the sunset. Very nice kitchen area. A quick trip (by car) to Publix gave us the opportunity to stock the refrigerator and create some amazing meals to enjoy in the dining area or on the good sized balcony table. The kitchen was well furnished with all the cookware, utensils etc. needed. From our parking area directly under the building you exit a coded gate that gives you immediate access to the real reason for visiting here....toes in the sand, a welcoming breeze, the calming sounds of the surf, and the opportunity to "exhale" from the rigors of life....

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at Bliss and Gary’s place. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we felt like we were home, with an amazing ocean view. Wonderful location, phenomenal amenities and the best hosts you could ever ask for! Anything you needed they were only a text away. Our recent stay was an exceptional experience. The location is great – close to great beaches and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Great house and a great long weekend! This is a beautiful new home on a lovely canal off the Gulf of Mexico! Gorgeous sunsets from the back porch, with great views and wonderful bird watching. The house had everything our group of seven adults needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all really well decorated, comfy, clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and pillows, the beds were obviously new and quite firm. The hosts are next door and very responsive and super nice. I don’t know that we’ll have another occasion to stay near Hudson, but if we did we would absolutely stay here again! The area has some good restaurants, great water access, and is only 45 minutes from Tampa.

Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

I was in town celebrating my 45th birthday with family, and this home was the perfect accommodation. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool the most! The home was clean, warm and inviting. Our host Leon was quickly responsive and extremely accommodating...he was able to grant us a last minute late check out, which we greatly appreciated. We'd definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Tampa.

We’ve stayed here the last few vacations and as always, the place never disappoints. Great location with all beach amenities you could possibly need. We unfortunately needed to evacuate from Hurricane Helene and John was gracious and concerned for our safety. The town of Redington is a family and we’re praying for their safety and quick turn around to their paradise again.
