Welcome to La Houssaye, a village on the banks of the Loire. We welcome you to a renovated 80 m ² cottage with views of the Loire Valley. The property is rated 3 stars. It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. You can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

In Varades, 500 m from the Loire and 1 km from shops, apartment for 2 people in a house on the banks of the Loire that is 100 years old and has a history. Possibility of having extra bed on request for travelers. Loire by bike with the family. (15 euros per extra bed, there are 3) Property with enclosed courtyard for vehicle and secure bicycle storage on request. This apartment is on the second floor with self check-in if desired. The garden is at your disposal.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.

Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​

Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.
