Second time we have hosted with Dona Marluce, and we love it, as the place is very clean, organized, has everything you need in the kitchen. It also has water to drink. The air-conditioner is excellent. As a very cold taste, I requested a blanket at night. And, Dona Marluce, even in her rest, attended me with all her kindness and patience. The view is wonderful, a beautiful green, with the singing of the birds. A balcony that invites you to a coffee in the afternoon. I only remembered the song "Simples Assim" by Pedro Pondé: "Feel the peace of this place /Makes you want to stay forever/I leave thinking of coming back..." About the hostess, do not worry that although it is a big request, do not invade your privacy. Next door is another airbnb space from Mrs. Mêrces, they are neighbors and friends. Dona Mêrces is another wonderful, sewing, maize porridge, massage....1001 things. They are a love of people and are always willing to serve.

Great apartment, beautiful view of the city and close to supermarket and pharmacy. Quiet and safe neighborhood, I like to run through the night and I had no problem with that. Fast Internet for remote work. all staff in the building are very kind. IT WAS A PERFECT CARNIVAL.

Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

We really liked the accommodation, the apartment is impeccable, kitchen with very useful basic items. New furniture, very tasteful, very clean bathroom. Very cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. We were warmly welcomed, Itamar was very kind and helpful. He responded to messages very quickly, always providing support when any questions arose. Stayed in the very spacious apartment for two weeks. Jofre was always very communicative, willing to help and provide useful information and instructions. I used Google Translate a lot, as I don't speak Portuguese. Enjoyed the terrace with the most amazing view over the city and river a lot. The swimming pool is an added value and allows for a good swim too. The living room and the main bedrooms have airco. The kitchen is basic but OK. The apartment has a parking space. Top location. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, super market, touristic places. City development was ongoing in the neighborhood, so the location will for sure even have more added value in the future.

It was impeccable! Angela is super nice and welcoming. In addition to the ease of communication, she recommended great restaurants to get to know the wonderful cuisine of Pará. I made a little confusion about the time of arrival and, despite the 100% my mistake, Angela was super understanding and did not hesitate to help me. The apartment is great. Everything is new, clean, organized and well-kept. The location allows you to reach the main points of Belém in less than 20 minutes.
