Granny apartment on the outskirts of Wangen/Allgäu, right on the meadow, only 15 minutes' walk to the old town. In the basement, but with daylight windows. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom in the hallway. Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located place. In less than a 5-minute walk you are in the middle of the old town of Wangen. You are also welcome to rent bicycles or SUP boards from us to explore the Allgäu with a bike tour or on the water. The apartment has its own entrance and is very quietly located in the countryside. The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A baby bed (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).
