Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

Osjećali smo se ugodno u smještaju, koji je bio uredan i svime opremljen. Lokacija je dobra i koristili smo se javnim prijevozom, tramvaj broj 19, ako ste grupa do 5 ljudi možete preko aplikacije kupiti dnevnu grupnu kartu za 26 eura koja se nama jako isplatila jer je inače oko 9 eura pojedinačna dnevna karta. U blizini smještaja je i trgovački centar i željeznički kolodvor. U ovoj četvrti smo se osjećali sigurno.

Hugo was the perfect host from check in to check out. He was a wealth of knowledge and his property is truly stunning. We cycled from Dunkirk and after 3 days of hard cycling wanted somewhere nice to relax. This place did just that. Hugo was very accommodating and couldn’t do more to help. Thankyou Hugo for being a credit to Airbnb. ( your dog is nice too! )

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

Everything was great! Beautiful place

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

Jorrit was a fantastic host, he was super helpful. accommodating and friendly and always quick to respond. We had been let down last minute by another airbnb host so felt very lucky to find Jorrit's apartment. We loved staying in his beautiful place and would happily stay here again. There's a lovely roof terrace which is a great spot to sit and watch the world go by, when it's not raining! The local shops are very good with some delicious little delis and coffee spots and it's easy to get out and about from this location. Highly recommend! : )

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Their home had a warm, personal touch that made us feel comfortable and at home right away. It was the perfect space for our family, and our little one especially enjoyed it. I had a wonderful 7 days at Nanda’s apartment. It was very comfortable, lots of light, quiet, and easy to access the city by bike (primary for me), bus and foot. Nanda was very responsive and kind. If you are new to the Netherlands, know that the train outside of the apartment comes once an hour (it goes to a fantastic railway museum that you can walk to) and is whisper quiet, so if you wonder if it’s loud to be near train tracks, it isn’t at all as the trains are electric. The morning and evening light is plentiful and I just had a very lovely stay. The kitchen also is very functional and I did most of my meals in the apartment. Overall really great stay.

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und Anneke bzw. ihre Tochter waren während des Aufenthalts stets bei Fragen ansprechbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war sauber, gute Ausstattung und der Pool sowie Jacuzzi waren toll. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Splendid place for a weekend with friends. Big enough for 12 people, with a gorgeous garden and a nordic bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Only point which could be improved: the kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook.

Wir hatten 4 sehr schöne Tage und die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse am Wasser zu sitzen und den Tieren zuzuschauen war sehr entspannend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wonderful house, very quiet place, ideal to rest and have good time. A beautiful garden where you can appreciate the calm. The hosts were very helpfull and we've been very well received :)
