Lovely stay in a beautiful location with easy access to Amsterdam using public transport. Very helpful hosts with frequent communication answering any questions and even booking dinner on our behalf. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Stay on the Water! Staying at this river Airbnb in Amsterdam was hands down one of the most unique and unforgettable experiences of my travels. The location is beyond dreamy — right on the water, with stunning views of the canal life drifting by. Waking up to the gentle ripple of the river and sipping coffee on the deck felt like something out of a movie. ✨ The interior was cozy, stylish, and spotless — you can tell the hosts put a lot of love into making the space warm and welcoming. Every little detail, from the plush bedding to the curated local decor, made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were absolute gems — super communicative, thoughtful, and even left us a welcome gift with local treats . They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and explore, and made check-in a breeze. Being gently rocked to sleep on the river, then waking up to swans gliding past the window… I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Amsterdam

Die Wohnung ist super, aber das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse auf 3 Seiten des Hauses, direkt am Wasser. Die großen Glasfronten im Wohnzimmer geben den Blick aufs Wasser frei, was die Wohnung auch bei kühlen Temperaturen besonders macht. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man am liebsten keinen Ausflug machen möchte, sondern nur in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.

Erg mooie locatie, heel dicht bij t centrum. Belangrijk om te melden is dat er geen parkeerplaats is voor de auto. 500 meter verderop is een gratis parkeerplaats. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Eerst de bagage afzetten en dan de auto naar de parkeerplaats brengen, ging goed (eenrichtingsverkeer). Het huisje is modern en gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien! Treinstation en bushalte zijn vlakbij om de verdere omgeving met t OV te verkennen. In de tuin staat een schuurtje waar je evt je eigen/gehuurde fietsen kwijt kunt. Het is een rustige omgeving en toch dichtbij t centrum! Heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader.

Das kleine Haus von Brenda ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben das Haus gemietet um nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Man ist in ca. 15 min. mit dem Bus in Amsterdam am Bahnhof. Busse fahren alle paar Minuten gahz in der Nähe der Wohnung ab. Schade eigentlich, dass wir das tolle Haus nicht mehr genießen konnten. Wir waren immer bis abends unterwegs.

Wir haben uns das Haus gebucht weil es uns von den Bewertungen sehr angesprochen hat. Unsere Erwartungen wurden aber weit übertroffen. Wir kamen in einem Haus in dem wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Saskia war problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns das Haus mit einem befreundeten Pärchen gemietet und sind nach einer Woche sehr gut erholt nach Hause gefahren. Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Wir möchten nächstes Jahr im Herbst wieder kommen. Danke für alles Saskia und Flip.

We found the perfect spot to spend a few days in the Breukelen / Maarssen area. Able to live like a local by biking to shops and touring the area. Nicolette and Remko made our stay so pleasant and were very friendly to help with plans or a quick chat. The space inside was lovely and roomy. Lots of place to relax outside too. Great biking and boating in the area - follow their recommendations. Most welcoming hosts we have met. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time. The house and the facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. Everything was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the house was very cold when we arrived, the underfloor heating takes a while to warm up. If you arrive in the evening or in the dark, the access to the first jetty is a bit difficult to find, maybe a sign would help. But we can only recommend the house and will certainly come back again.

We really enjoyed Sabine and Sander's place! It was beautiful and we loved the interior decor and the ability to open many of the windows. It felt super clean and comfy and was exactly as described, and they were super responsive with all of our questions. Haarlem was very walkable with lots of shops and restaurants, and it was super easy to take the train into Amsterdam. We'll miss this place and we would definitely recommend staying! Hope to come back again; highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Kevin and Kim's beautiful home. The place was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We felt right at home immediately in their immaculately clean home. It had everything we needed for a quick getaway. It was close to busses, the grocery store and the lovely shops and promenade in Volendam on the water. Amsterdam was only a 20 minute bus ride. Kevin greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Truly a great experience. I would book with Kevin and Kim in a heartbeat again should our travels return to Volendam.

Local muito agradável, com hóspedes amigáveis, John e sua esposa foram muito amigos, atendendo as nossas necessidades, super recomendo. quem de seu uma região linda como um por do sol maravilhoso. Com certeza voltarei novamente.

Lovely apartment, very easy to find and very clean and comfortable. Great location on the waterfront and close to bus station. Easy walk to town and lots of cafes / restaurants. Shafieq was really responsive and helpful and gave very clear instructions on check-in.

Peggy was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very well equipped and had a beautiful view, making it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Appartementanlage, Obergeschoss (Achtung-steile Treppen!), abgeschieden, inmitten der Dünen gelegen und demnach sehr ruhig. Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Zwei Balkone, die eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Strand und das Naturschutzgebiet ermöglichen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin; die Kommunikation war super angenehm und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique dans un village tellement agréable et paisible. Très bien desservi pour aller dans Amsterdam , le bus est à une dizaine de minutes à pied.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en genoten van het uitzicht. Het huisje was schoon en netjes en van alles voorzien. Het uitzicht was geweldig. Helaas liet het weer het niet toe maar de mooie momenten hebben we heerlijk op het terras en de steiger kunnen zitten. We logeerden in huisje # 5. Echt een aanrader. Goede bedden en volledig uitrusting in de keuken.

Mes trois enfants et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans la belle petite maison de Noor et Mat. Tout était conforme à la description et la communication avec les hôtes était très facile et rapide. Le logement se trouve près d'un lac. La proximité de l'eau est très apaisante et l'environnement est très agréable. C'est un endroit idéal pour se reposer, faire du vélo ou des promenades et un bon point de départ pour la visite de villes comme Gouda, Utrecht, Rotterdam ou Amsterdam. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen, in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Aussicht ist sensationell: Enten, Störche, Hasen, viel Grün und am Wasser. Auf der Terrasse mit den sehr gemütlichen Schaukelstühlen lässt es sich herrlich entspannen und einen Sundowner genießen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, die Betten sehr bequem und alles super sauber. Rudi ist ein toller Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. 😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

John ist sehr freundlich und die Wohnung hält das, was sie auf den Fotos verspricht. Johnnist immer gut erreichbar und kontaktiert einen auch Proaktiv. Danke John, für die schöne Zeit in deinem Cottage 😊

Coup de cœur pour Edam, le lieu est incroyable, tellement beau , paisible et à la fois si proche de tout ! La maison de Nicolas est très jolie et fidèle à la description, on s y est sentit très vite bien. Nous avons été accueilli par Nicolas qui est un hôte très amical . Nous avons trouvé les gens en Hollande d une gentillesse incroyable . Nous avons visité surtout Amsterdam pendant ses 3 jours mais en réalité il y a tellement à voir qu on compte bien y retourner. La gare routière est réellement à une minute à pied et on peut aller sur Amsterdam direct en 20 min . On ne peut pas régler les tickets de bus ,tram en espèces il faut que les adultes et chacun leur carte bleue ce qui nous a un peu déconcerté au départ. Après les journées de marches intensives arriver sur Edam le soir dans la maison de Nicolas boire un verre dans la cour près du canal était très très agréable.

Angelique war eine gute und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gleich auf der Straße in Empfang genommen, so dass wir nicht weiter nach der Unterkunft suchen mussten. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage am Wasser ist wirklich gut. Man hat hier seine Privatsphäre. Auch über die bereit gestellten Lebensmittel haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Frederika, die Unterkunft sieht in Echt noch hübscher aus, als auf den Bildern. Besonderes Highlight neben dem unglaublich schönen Ausblick, - das Ruderboot! Welches wir kostenfrei ausleihen durften! Klein, aber fein. Würde es defenitiv empfehlen! Anmerkung: Wlan ist in solch einer Umgebung sicher nicht erforderlich, aber hätte den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Vielen Dank!
