Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Amsterdam-Oost

We loved this beautiful home in a tranquil setting. It is decorated like AD and we were welcomed with goodies and breakfast supplies, what a kind treat! Kirsten and her husband were so helpful and always available. Great location to visit Amersfoort and Utrecht. We’d be happy to stay forever!

We went to explore part of the Netherlands and stayed at Ruud and Peter's place. The accommodation is in a great location, in the heart of the must-sees of the Country. We are delighted with our stay at this beautiful place. We would highly recommend! Sandy and Laurent.

We had a very nice few days in the holiday home of Roos and family. The house is very tastefully decorated, well equipped and spacious enough for us as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (17, 15 and 12). You walk right into the woods and there are also cozy restaurants within walking distance. The cozy fireplace was an extra bonus and the deer who came by in the garden for a while. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable and are happy to recommend this place. A very friendly hostess and a very nice and modern house in a quiet area. Shops were within walking distance as were the various public transport connections.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, cozy, and stylish, with lots of lovely plants that make it feel very homey. The bed was super comfortable, the living room comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. We loved exploring the area—Alkmaar and Haarlem are such charming cities, and the flower fields around Lisse were absolutely stunning. We would have loved to stay longer... This place was the perfect base for our trip, and we made so many great memories here. Highly recommend, and we hope to come back one day!

We really had a lovely girls weekend here and really enjoyed the house. Anything you need and more is present. The house is really nice and spacious and everything looks well taken care of. In terms of location, it was also great, in about 10 minutes we were already in the city of Leiden. Ilse and Diederik are also really incredibly nice people. Definitely recommend this!

A home with wonderful character! Great communication with a Super Host!

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

A 10-star accommodation, quite an experience

Awesome location, comfortable bed. Hosts enjoy taking care of their place and guests. The check-in was in person and no self check-in option available but hosts were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Marit was an amazing host. The place is very cozy, clean and private. We really enjoyed our stay and the host made our trip better with their recommendations!

It's a nice small apartment for 2+2 person. The beach takes about 5-10min with the free bike, what was provided by the host/condominium. It was easy to park as Lisette told us, she registered our car not to pay any parking fee. We just stayed one night in April, so it was still calm the neighborhood, the whole town. The communication with Lisette was easy!

The place was great, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Welcome treats on arrival, wines in the fridge (did not drink them cause we don't drink wine), but it was a great touch! The place was spotless and there is ample space for a family 5. JP was very responsive on a couple of issues we had, and he resolved them extremely quickly. Our hub was really Utrecht to get around (Utrech Station), so had to commute to utrecht Central daily and it was between a 15-25 minute bus ride (not ideal). The heater (Nordic Fire) is fantastic, took us some time to figure it out to get the apartment at the "right" temperature (right , like art is in the eyes of the beholder). Great value for what you pay. Great hosts. Thank you for your hospitality.

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location. And close to public transit. Easy to get to shopping and tourist areas. A rare find! Will be back to stay again!

We spent 10 long days in Zaandam while preparing and working in a fair. Margot has been absolutely great in taking care of us, and it's the space was good although smaller than expected (and quite cold even with heating..). Note: you are in Zaandam, not Amsterdam.. but it's a lovely area and very well connected with trains which gets you everywhere but will take around half an hour to get to Amsterdam Central. Quite honestly Zaandam was such a cute town! very pleasant and with everything you need. In case you don't have to go to Amsterdam, you got everything there.. If I'd have to give a feedback, I would personally need a stove in an apartment, even if small (2 stoves are enough) people have to be able to cook for themselves if needed. I missed an home cooked meal! All considered, good stay and great hosts you will be in good hands.

Fabulous Villa. Perfect for a staycation. Jacuzzi , Sauna & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Could not ask for more. Really responsive & nice host. Thank you for having us

We had a lovely family holiday for 3 nights. The property has been beautifully done up and was extremely well resourced with all catering equipment. There were lots of different areas to relax in and we particularly enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas as we were lucky to mostly have good weather. The tennis court is great (though could be difficult to retrieve balls that went over the walls/hedges). Murielle gave us some helpful tips for local places to explore.

Lovely location; the owner’s family live next door and are very welcoming and friendly! Wander Island is a really good restaurant. Lake is wonderful. Only 30 mins from Amsterdam by Park and Ride.

Amazing location and venue!!!

We had an enjoyable stay in Dinand's beautiful home. It was even nicer than we expected from the photographs. A great place to stay for a group and very friendly responsive host. The sauna was very welcomed after we ran the Amsterdam Marathon. Haarlem is beautiful and very easy to access the beach by bike, lots of restaurants etc near by.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!

Leontien was a great host who made our stay an unforgettable experience with her kindness and helpfulness. The house was beautiful, clean and very tastefully decorated. We can give an unreserved recommendation, and if we come to Amsterdam again, we will be very happy to be a guest here again.
