Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d'Or, this typical Burgundian hamlet surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with an on-site caretaker is equipped with a heated pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.

Located on a hill, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois near Chablis and at the gates of Champagne. I live next door, I am very available for advice, suggestions. As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our gîte can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our gîte will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
