The house has period furniture and is surrounded by lots of greenery. The rural property and the neighborhood are very quiet, perfect for relaxing and recharging after sightseeing and shopping. Ideal place for families, couples and also to gather friends.

The space is in a gated community. The main house, where I live, is on the same property. All the infrastructure will be for the exclusive use of guests throughout the stay: barbecue, swimming pool, spa, sauna, etc., with all the privacy you deserve. Quality Wi-Fi, perfect for those who want to get out of the routine and work from home. Automation with Alexa for air-conditioning, projector, lights, etc. The space is located in the city of Itupeva, 60 minutes from the capital of São Paulo.

Inspired by the tales of J.R.R. Tolkien, we built a beautiful Hobbit Hole and hosted couples from "all kingdoms"! Come too! Breakfast for 2 people is included, delivered to the door of the Hole. No pets. "It was not an unpleasant, cold, damp den, full of worm remains and the smell of mud, nor a dry, empty, sandy den, with nothing to sit on and nothing to eat! There are only two chalets within the site and they are totally independent.
