This last floor apartment (5th floor with no elevator) in a nearly 400 year's old building was just renovated. You will find Yourself in the Chiado area of Lisbon with all its buzz and life. Inside the apartment You will find all the amenities, including air conditioning, heating, cable tv, wifi cable internet, ipod dock for music, american kitchen with dishwasher, washing/drying machine, fridge, coffee machine, orange juice squeezer, toaster, kettle, oven, electric hob (2), hairdryer. The Marble bathroom with a small window is just through the door on the right of the dinning table.The living room area of the apartment has a sofá a a Tv , a lounge chair and a coffee table.. The apartment was designed as an open space, but at the same time, living room/dinning room areas as well as the "bedroom" and the kitchen are well defined, and although it is not a big apartment, it is very comfortable and has ample storage space. From the bedroom area of the apartment You will face the sofá. The TV rotates, so You can enjoy it from the bed the living area or the dinning. One enters the Chiado Loft apartment by Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, where this apartment is on the 5th floor (1st,2nd and 3th floors have limited ceiling heights) this way You will reach the apartment with not that much effort. The apartment accommodates 4, has a double bed, one single bed in the sofá and a futon style single bed in the mezzanine just on top of the bathroom. Tram nº 28 passes 25 meters away , and the metro is 350m away. This apartment is located on the famous Rua da Bica de Duarte Belo, where You have the funicular. The Train to Cascais is 850m from the apartment. If You enjoy night life You will be in walking distance to lots of bares and nightlife streets (Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré).
