The cottage and it's garden are a very peaceful getaway close to the lush coast of San Terenzo and Lerici. The beach and groceries shop are only 15min walking and there's a GR-route passing nearby.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

It's amazing, this apartment is a gem, it's super clean, very functional, it's welcoming, even the outside, it's very pleasant. DON'T HESITATE TO COME TO RIZA'S! If only all AIRBNBs were like this, unfortunately this is not the case.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. We were received very friendly and extremely helpful right from the start. Mario and his wife are very hospitable and we were very pleased with the regional delicacies that we found on the table as a welcome. The cottage is small but nice, very nice and furnished with Italian charm. We felt very comfortable, the view from the terrace was wonderful. The only thing that was difficult was that we had imagined the apartment to be larger based on the photos. The living room was completely filled by the pulled-out couch, which we needed as a bed, and could not serve as a living room. We assumed that the large terrace was included as living space and so everything turned out a little smaller than we imagined. The cottage is ideal for a family of four but not so suitable for individuals or two couples. Also because the lower cabinet cannot be used as a wardrobe.
