Apartment vacation rentals in Ammoudara

This place is really great. However, we had to leave because an annex is under construction and there was work from 7:30 am to 8pm. We were not informed of the situation before our arrival. It was difficult to enjoy the pool and balcony and the work woke us up in the morning despite it being Saturday! On the other hand, once the work is finished, the place is really perfect, spacious and close to everything!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Centrally located, clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet with many nice restaurants & a supermarket close by. The underground parking was a plus, although a very tight navigate so we were glad we had a small rental car. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

We spent a week in George's apartment with a toddler and had a great time. We read about the sea view and ocean sounds in the reviews before, but our expectations were surpassed. Just wonderful! The beach bar in the building made the beach vacation perfect for us.

Beautiful views, quiet, everything within walking distance, decorated with attention to detail. Very sweet hosts: nice honey, jam, cheese, butter and eggs, pomegranate, coffee, tea, drink, good tips for resto, bar, beach,...Fantastic terrace and separate patio at entrance. Recommended!

Nice apartment, very nicely decorated with retro stuff (e.g. computer games). Spic and span, very cozy bed, spacious balcony, everything essential within walking distance. George is a great host, always responded very quickly to requests and gave us many helpful recommendations. Will come again any time

A nice, comfortable and well equipped appartement with beautiful view in a calme place. The sea view is really nice, you can get in 10-15 minutes walking to Agios Nikolaios, and there is an easy acces to road to explore the magnificent island of Crete. We all felt in love with the island and it's habitants who are very welcoming and kind. Thank you George, we had a lovely stay in your place.

Great place for a short stay in the center.

We enjoyed our stay at Katerina's place. The accommodation was spotless, very well equipped, very pretty, nothing was missing, it was even better than at the hotel. Katerina was always very responsive to us when needed and the small dishes prepared by her family were delicious. Regarding the location, there are very nice beaches less than 20 min away, the small tourist village of Panormo as well as the "highway" that crosses the island from east to west are 10 min from the accommodation. I recommend this place with my eyes closed!

We enjoyed our time at Maria's apartment. It's a two-floor house with two apartments on each floor. Each apartment had a separate entry, so we saw people living upstairs. No doubt, the main treasure of this place - the view from the terrace. We spent long evenings sitting on the terrace watching the sunset. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay! The appartment is small, but has everything you need. We received great recommendations from Maria and loved the pastries from Costa's bakery! Some restaurants, a supermarket and the beach are in walking distance. If you have a rental, it's easy to find a parkingspot close to the appartment.

For the money we paid, we couldn't ask for more. Heraklion is my home town and finding my way round wasn't going to be an issue, but even if I was an unaware foreigner on his first visit there I wouldn't be troubled whatsoever. George was always available on the phone and helpful. The studio was spotless and functional as quoted in the advert. The immersion heater would heat the water within minutes, while the air-condition was handy. The main advantage of this place though is its location: there is everything you need right at your feet and if you are the pedantic kind of tourist the choice laid out in front of you will put your mind to rest. Within less than half a mile radius you have more bars, cafeterias, restaurants and shops your palate can handle. Only question is... do you know where you are going? I am Greek, so I do. The property offers a beautiful view and is perfectly located in Elounda to reach restaurants and shopping, only the parking is just outside!

There were two of us arriving for a few days and had a lovely stay. The apartment has a nice Greek flair. The rooms are bright and minimalist, which we liked. The place was clean and had enough space for two people. In front of the apartment there was seating and the pool is easily accessible and invites you to relax. We were able to walk to the nearest place, which is very busy and offers plenty of restaurants, bars and boutiques. We will be happy to come back, thank you!

We liked the apartment, especially the terrace with the hot tub. Amenities were good Chrysa is a very nice hostess. We felt very comfortable.

Magdalena and Vasilis are very helpful and have supported us in every matter. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable.

It was just nice to vacation in the beautifully renovated old town house. Georgios was always available, even wanted to help us when we had an accident with the rental car. You live very privately and from the roof terrace you have a beautiful view, you can even watch the fishermen.

Awesome place - Jacuzzi helps! Bed is nice and comfy, aircon works nicely and cooker and fridge is nice. It’s down the road from town a bus ride away. Toilet and shower is wetroom is nice. You have a great view of beach from the north side balcony and nice moon lit view of from the south side (whilst in the jacuzzi). It’s a good place to get transport links from the city (buses are all over the place). Stelios was very responsive and helpful with recommendations With restaurants and places to find a drink. Deffo would come back 10/10 🇬🇧🇬🇷

We enjoyed the stay! The apartment is quiet and private, as well as located in the countryside. Everything worked smoothly and easily. Dimitri in particular was always friendly and quick to reach at any time. Additional requests (an extra blanket and restaurant recommendations) were responded to immediately. Here you can enjoy a vacation!

Amazing view from the sauna and jacuzzi. Super cozy place and was super clean as well. The host was super helpful and was really flexible when we had to make adjustments to our plans during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!
