Entire floor in a farmhouse in the countryside

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with a tub and shower. On the first floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS. I cannot rule out that the curious furry residents will visit you if you have the door open for too long.

Gut Winkel, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest surviving farm in the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly furnished, it can accommodate up to 4 people on 120 square meters. If the 25 sqm roof terrace is not enough for you, the use of the garden is of course allowed. As well as exploring the entire farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and look forward to seeing you soon!

Cozy, quiet 2-room apartment/4-6 people

Enjoy your stay in Oldenburg in this quiet and centrally located home. By bus (the Drielake bus stop is about a 4-5 minute walk away), you can reach the train station and in the city in a maximum of 10 minutes. It's just as fast by bike. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the university. For families with children, there is a nice, large playground at the end of our cul-de-sac, surrounded by greenery. Shopping facilities (Penny, Combi, Lidl) are nearby.

The exterior of a historic villa is displayed, featuring a combination of white and brick facades. Large windows allow for abundant natural light. A peaked roof and decorative details add charm. Vibrant flowers and greenery surround the entrance, enhancing the inviting character of the property.

Our small (33 m²) but fine basement apartment is located in beautiful Haarenesch-quarter with your past "Oldenburger kennels" in the heart of Oldenburg. City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood.
