We are offering this cozily furnished upstairs apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, without children, without animals. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation, as does the garden terrace A small forest with pond is within walking distance and the East Frisian hiking trail is directly adjacent to our farm. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.
